The bank staff were very polite and welcoming. They greeted me with warm smiles and enthusiasm as soon as I walked in. The counter service was very quick, courteous, and professional.

Not a big deal but if the bank updated business hours they should update the front door business hours. I went today, it was 5:15pm and the front door says Friday closes at 6pm.

Jae Woo is good teller and frienly teller, but when he tired the way he talk make you feel like you mad at you. He said that he is the only teller in this morning and I see that true. 4 star for teller and 1 star for the branch, so i rate 3 stars. Hire more teller please!! The customer waiting in a very long lineee....
