“Participated in a pet adoption event here, where this organization pays for the pet adoption fees to help veterans find a doggie companion.Absolutely admirable organization.AND veterans can get free furniture and house goods.I will definitely be recommending people to donate here as well as recommending to veteran that need help.”
“We had a fun evening of music and dancing. They have a nice big dance floor and a stage for the Band. They have a bar inside, and a good amount of parking adjacent to the building. The staff was very nice and the floor was clean and good to dance on.”

“Parking - very confusing at first because you park behind the building and need to find the correct turns. Next time will be a breeze. Lot clean and well marked. Staff - very helpful, nice, and patient. Selection - good variety but not a lot of merchandise when I was there. Prices - fair, but the boutique side could be pricy. Store - very clean. I would go back or recommend for someone to take a chance to find a treasure.”

“OC United is a wonderful organization that I have volunteered with for several years. They help house young single moms, emancipated foster youth, people experiencing homelessness and food insecurity. I specifically have helped with their Jobs for Life program, which is an 8 week class conducted in homeless shelters. The participants are matched with mentors who encourage and help them; acquire employment & housing. They help engage regular people with relational humanitarian work that makes lasting change. They are working currently to help create affordable housing in Fullerton.”

“I am so fortunate to have found this center in our community. I have been going here for a few months now to attend yoga twice during the week. It is a non profit and non denominational organization run by two sisters who are nuns. Both are extremely kind and so welcoming. They are passionate at serving their community and the well being of each other. I have gone to high end fancy yoga studios and have done private lessons before but nothing beats simplicity and coming back to basics. Following the traditional classical way of yoga is about uniting and anchoring the mind, body and spirit. Unfortunately most studios nowadays don't teach this! It is geared towards physical fitness but this center goes beyond the physical aspect, they teach mindfulness/awareness through ancient wisdom. The yogi/instructor is amazing. She is gentle enough to know what kind of stretches her class needs but will also incorporate some challenging posses to strengthen you. She'll explain the benefits of each stretch and pose. At the end of the class I walk out feeling invigorated and limber for sure!! I have taken my son with me a few times to do yoga and he enjoys it. Yoga classes are donation based $60/mo. They also offer a meditation class on Wed evening. They teach yogic breathing-pranayama. The sister will guide you through the different types of breath work techniques. It is very grounding and puts you in the present moment. It also helps with stress and anxiety. Breath work is a great tool to have in your daily practice. This is a great class to attend. The amount of knowledge and deep wisdom from the sister is invaluable! Class is an hour long. Personally speaking from my experience, yoga studios are great establishments , but if you are seeking to go deeper in your spiritual practice, I highly recommend this place. You will find it more enriching physically and mentally. I truly love the close knit community here from all walks of life...older and younger ages. All are welcome! This organization is such a gem to our city!”
“I was blessed to be able to rent Salvation Army for a musical production and had the privilege of working with Oliver Nunn (event coordination, light operation) and Saul Sosa (sound engineering, tech). These two staff members, along with all the others I met at Salvation Army, were the epitome of professional, kind, and helpful. They made a huge difference in our event planning. Every communication was impeccably managed. Every detail was attended to. Renting and using the gorgeous and spacious chapel and courtyard was efficient and enjoyable. This is an premiere event space in south Orange County and I hope that many more people will experience these beautiful facilities and wonderful staff and admin. Thank you, Salvation Army! What a gift you are to our community.”
“Here is my review. The staf were friendly, the service was excellent. Price to vaccinate my 13 lb, 5 year old mini dog was $25. for RABIES. ?The facility is clean, and they have plenty of seating for you to wait. If your dog doesn't mind the noise or alot of other dogs and cats around. Mine doesn't, so I waited in my car.The staff will warn you about the wait... I was there for FOUR hours.They are so buisy that you get numbered. They are curtious enough to call ? you that it's your turn since we can wait outside or in my case in my car. ?The parking lot is 5 spaces only so park in the street. It's a residential area, alot of apartments.Next time get there before it opens and wait. Make sure your pet is calm and relaxed and hydrated. I will be back.”

Lots Easter ceramics & decor, & books; children's and older. I look for the fabric remnants but came home with more. It's my getaway place and I just get lost in all the treasures.”
“Thank you so much!!! I was in the hospital for the last 2 days. And my medicine was making me naucious I call and the welcomed me with open arms. I had a delicious chicken and veggie soup . Tuna sandwhich and some coffee. I felt so much better. I took some food with me as well and gave to others in need . It was the gift that kept giving. Cried the whole way back. Tears of joy.”

“I’ve been doing TM since 2018 and it has only been a good and valuable experience for me. It is a seemingly simple but powerful practice and I would highly recommend trying it. It does cost some money but there are pricing options.The center is run by Cindy and Barry who are so dedicated to the mission. Cindy has run 2x daily meditation sessions since Covid and she continues them to this day - her consistency and commitment to holding these meeting has been invaluable to me keeping up my own daily practice.”

“AFL was such a great experience for my son as well as our entire family. I coached in the league for 5 years and we enjoyed the sense of fellowship, community, and fun competitive spirit that brought so many families and players together on Friday nights in a casual and welcome environment. The league is very well organized and offers the opportunity for every player to be an active member of an exciting and supportive, youth flag football team.”
“This has become a great place. I now love visiting. People are friendly. Age gap tho. Food is prepared on certain days, so check calendar. I would be happy to see a bit new faces so if you want to join let me know. Outdoor is a great spot to hold events. The outdoor is very well kept. Parking is plenty. They have bingo on Saturdays again check calendar. They have a pool table. Drinks are reasonable. Kimberly is a sweet bartender. Mike is president. WOTM is a small but quaint group. Super happy to be part of this fraternity.”

“This is one of the two churches I visited back in Easter since I am new to the SGV and I have been looking for a new home church, after calling the one in Irvine my home church for close to 4 years.The people are friendly and welcoming. They even have a Young Adults group that I checked out once a few Sundays after my Easter visit.Like every big church, it is a bit of a challenge to make friends and build meaningful connections, but just like everything else in life; you get out of it what you put in. If I lived closer and started attending this church regularly, I am sure I'd be able to build a solid group of friends and to find a home in here.Highly recommended church if you're from the area!”
“When they have events in the gym they don't let you go through the doors in the parking lot there are people with handicap issues and they can't walk all the way around just to get In the gym. People risk getting hurt if you get there when the games are going on. Can you imagine if someone with a walker, can or wheelchair or even a child. They need rethink how people get in the building.”

“Had my daughter’s Sweet 16 celebration there. It was absolutely beautiful. The venue was exactly what we needed. I received many compliments, everyone loved it. The patio made it that much better, especially with the gazebo.Our guests had a wonderful time , both adults and kids(and there were a lot of teenage kids !) Arlene and Linda were very helpful with the process of the rental . Arlene was very accommodating, as there were many last minute details that I had not originally accounted for . I highly recommend this hall , you will not be disappointed.”
