They also showed tremendous flexibility in starting the project, taking into consideration a variety of unexpected personal travel issues affecting my husband and me. Last - they were very responsive to questions and concerns and were with us every step of the way till the job was done.”

“I saw them online, filled out a little info. They called and set up my appointment for 3 safety bars to be installed in my bathroom. Within 1 week they came saw where I needed them to go and in about an hour they were installed, very sturdy and going to make it safer everytime I shower and get off toilet. “I had two cabinet doors that opened too far that hit the fridge & a wall. After searching I found ROK sold restrictor clips but you had to know the manufacturer of the hinge. These soft close hinges are great quality but over 30 years old. There was only a faint logo on them. I couldn’t find any info on them locally and even using Ai !
I spoke with John @ROK and sent photos of the hinges. He said he’d get back to me after checking with Inna. Couple of days later days later he emails me that Inna was able to identify the hinge and they had the correct restrictor clips. They even had videos & images on how to install them.
I ordered them and they work perfectly and it resolved the door issues.
All their efforts and the order was just over $10 dollars. I really appreciate John & Inna’s help . Any cabinet hardware issues in the future and ROK will be first stop. I highly recommend them!”

I worked with the owner, Ali his assistant, Pan and his warehouse person, Poncho extensively over many months to tile a whole house (new construction). Ali and his team were extremely helpful and pleasant, they understood my requirements and did their best to accommodate.

My experience was always fun and positive. Ali and Pan worked with me on design and price and sometimes even under urgency when my installer was on-hold and waiting on more inventory.

Alex G worked with us on our order and he provided excellent customer service by keeping us informed of when items came in for pickup and followed up with the supplier when they were slow shipping items or shipped the wrong item. He promised us that all items would be ready by the time our contractor started work on the remodel and he delivered on this promise. When we remodel our kitchen, we will again order our plumbing parts from Ferguson.”

“I worked with Sarah at Bella Stones to have them fabricate and install a bathroom vanity countertop for us. The initial install looked great, but after taking a closer look I realized there were some issues with the sinks.

I was honestly a little nervous, but I couldn’t have been more impressed with how they handled it. They came back out, acknowledged the issue, and ended up fabricating and installing an entirely new countertop, reinstalling our sinks and making the final installation look great at no additional cost to us.

Anyone can do a job when everything goes smoothly, but Bella Stone stood behind their work and made it right without hesitation. That level of integrity means a lot and they’ve absolutely earned my trust. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.”
