“I had two cabinet doors that opened too far that hit the fridge & a wall. After searching I found ROK sold restrictor clips but you had to know the manufacturer of the hinge. These soft close hinges are great quality but over 30 years old. There was only a faint logo on them. I couldn’t find any info on them locally and even using Ai !
I spoke with John @ROK and sent photos of the hinges. He said he’d get back to me after checking with Inna. Couple of days later days later he emails me that Inna was able to identify the hinge and they had the correct restrictor clips. They even had videos & images on how to install them.
I ordered them and they work perfectly and it resolved the door issues.
All their efforts and the order was just over $10 dollars. I really appreciate John & Inna’s help . Any cabinet hardware issues in the future and ROK will be first stop. I highly recommend them!”

“We purchased several items to remodel our bathroom. Ferguson had good prices and were very helpful. Alex G worked with us on our order and he provided excellent customer service by keeping us informed of when items came in for pickup and followed up with the supplier when they were slow shipping items or shipped the wrong item. He promised us that all items would be ready by the time our contractor started work on the remodel and he delivered on this promise. When we remodel our kitchen, we will again order our plumbing parts from Ferguson.”

“Could not have asked for a better experience working with Travertine Market. I worked with the owner, Ali his assistant, Pan and his warehouse person, Poncho extensively over many months to tile a whole house (new construction). Ali and his team were extremely helpful and pleasant, they understood my requirements and did their best to accommodate.

My experience was always fun and positive. Ali and Pan worked with me on design and price and sometimes even under urgency when my installer was on-hold and waiting on more inventory.

I highly recommend Travertine Market and wished we had more businesses like this. They need to be rewarded as they are very deserving.

“I worked with Sarah at Bella Stones to have them fabricate and install a bathroom vanity countertop for us. The initial install looked great, but after taking a closer look I realized there were some issues with the sinks.

I was honestly a little nervous, but I couldn’t have been more impressed with how they handled it. They came back out, acknowledged the issue, and ended up fabricating and installing an entirely new countertop, reinstalling our sinks and making the final installation look great at no additional cost to us.

Anyone can do a job when everything goes smoothly, but Bella Stone stood behind their work and made it right without hesitation. That level of integrity means a lot and they’ve absolutely earned my trust. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.”

“The before and after photos speak for themselves and are a reflection of the quality, professionalism and precision of Perry Mason-ry. Eric, our project manager, was great at coordinating the job in a timely manner while keeping us apprised of when and who was scheduled. With over 30 years of experience, he ran the job like a well oiled machine while helping us with design issues along the way. A second Eric, the tile pro, and his assistant were phenomenal and essential to our project. We were amazed at how they were able to cut these extremely large tiles with such precision. They even consulted us when making certain cuts based on the patterns in the tiles which made us all the happier with the end result. We also have to acknowledge Dave's Shower Doors for the custom shower door and mirror. They took the time to custom fit to our exact dimensions and were able to install the large mirror into the tile which is not easy. Long story short, Perry Mason-ry uses professionals that are specialists in their fields; they are extremely clean, polite and do exceptional work in a timely fashion. It's hard to believe it's the same bathroom; we absolutely love it and would highly recommend Perry Mason-ry for any remodel job, large or small!”

“After months of search we found the perfect tile for us, Casablanca honed limestone at Marble Systems. We actually went up to Anaheim and saw it there.We worked with Ali and at the time they had much of this material. Working with DAL I'm not sure there was a delay but by the time the order was processed they were out of this tile and only had Highly Honed which is pretty much polished and wouldn't work for us.I called Ali today and he was already searching for Casablance honed limestone. He found enough in Florida and is having it shipped to San Diego for us.Ali was fantastic in search for options to find this tile. He has been helpful from the beginning and we would definitely recommend Marble Systems and Ali, they have a great selection of tiles.”

“Although this place is a bit run down they do have a variety of vanities to choose from and we were able to customize the vanity we wanted. They are back ordered and unable to keep up with demand so we had to wait a few days to get our vanity while others have been waiting over a month so call ahead before going. Still the cheapest priced bathroom vanities we have found so they get 4 stars”

“What great service I had in there on Saturday. I finally decided on a Tile and when I went back, they only had one box and I needed two. I asked Matt if there was any more and he said no, but he checked with another store. He said go to the counter and ask them so a few minutes later, he comes back and he found another box was different dye lot but it was just fine. Who does that these days?
