I think the prices here are very reasonable and we have always been able to get an appointment within a few days. I wish they were open on Saturdays to make scheduling a little easier, but overall this is an amazing pet clinic that truly cares!”

The prices are very reasonable and I really appreciated that Dr.Kim and the vet techs did not try to up-charge me for procedures my cat didn't need. I was convinced my cat had a blockage and Dr.Kim told me not to worry and that my cat just had an upset stomach. At first I didn't believe him but he was right LOL. “Booked an appointment here for the first time last week and absolutely love and recommend them! They let you wait in your car while a room is prepared, which helped my pup's anxiety massively. The team made sure I was with him as long as possible and only brought him to the back for five or so minutes. The vet, vet techs, vet assistants, and support staff were all kind and listened attentively to my thoughts and needs and responded accordingly. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy procedures that weren't absolutely necessary. Last and definitely not least, I was wearing a shirt which designated my pronouns as they/them. Not only did the staff compliment me multiple times on the shirt; they also correctly gendered me, which is above and beyond any veterinarian's office I've ever been in. Will definitely be using them in the future! :)”

“We have been bringing our big puppy here for 3 months. The vaccines are a little pricy, but I have not compared recently, so could be competitive. They charge to use a credit card so best to pay cash or check. The office visit is about 1/2 of others. We had her spayed and they did not recommend a cone. She healed completely without it.1st time having a pet fixed with out a cone. Very good vets. All treatments are done outside of the room. Including vaccines. I'm not used to that.”

“Brit Year 2015 through TodayDr. M. Louka D.V.M. has been my only Veterinary Doctor for my Belgian Tervuren, Brit since 2014. Brit has had very special care with Dr. Louka for about 10 years. Recently my dog woke up bleeding throughout her mouth, and some fluid through her nose. The blood and fluid came from a back molar tooth that was extremely loose, bleeding with thick white clear fluid. Dr. Louka was scheduled the entire day, having 3 back-to-back surgeries in the morning. He was kind enough to see Brit that morning, pulled out the Molar Tooth and prescribed her antibiotics.
