“Dr Asaf is the most knowledgeable, caring, & compassionate vet we’ve ever gone to. He takes his time with each animal, takes even more time educating the parents and follows up when needed. “It’s taken me almost 8 years to write this review, because I still cry when thinking back on this time. Dr. Lee saved my dog’s life. I brought my puppy in after she been acting weirdly for a few days, lethargic and not eating well. She had always been picky - as a first time dog owner and young adult, I was stupid enough to not recognize the warning signs immediately. An ultrasound revealed a severe blockage requiring emergency surgery. Weighing only a few pounds, her prognosis was not good. Dr. Lee and his staff saved her life, staying (I’m sure) well after business hours to do the surgery and care for her after. She is 9 years old now and thriving. The compassion, love, and sincere empathy from Dr Lee and the entire staff in those days has long been remembered.”

“I'm extremely pleased with the care my dogs have received at OC Veterinary Medical Center. Dr. Barnes and Dr. Rodrigues have been fantastic. They truly take the time to address all my questions and concerns, not only at the appointment but in follow-up discussions as well. Super thorough and genuinely caring. The technicians have always been wonderful too. Last time Aidan and Maggie were the techs. They went out of their way to make my pets feel comfortable (including getting down on the ground themselves so the dogs didn't have to be up on a tall, cold table). I don't feel like my dogs and I are just a number here - the staff truly cares.”

“Let me start by saying that I was impressed from the start . It was easy to make an appointment, they were friendly and informative. The day of the appointment I got a reminder text which I loved.. was not sure how I would feel about not being able to go in with him but when we got there we called and they went over my concerns and came out and got Rocco .. our fur baby is only 8wks old . So once he was seen dr called and went over what she recommended we were able to get all that we wanted for him and more. I was not only extremely happy with their customer service but they care about the fur babies. And you can tell. Thank you VCA Orange”

“We love the Cat Care Clinic. We've taken our beloved twelve-year-old girl, Spot, here since moving to Orange County a few years ago. They provide great care, transparent pricing, and excellent follow-up. Our cat, Spot, recently had a surgical procedure to rule out a cancer diagnosis. Having had our girl since she was three months old, it was very emotional and scary for my husband and I. We felt so informed and cared for each step of the way: - We were seen right away after calling and describing what we were seeing with our cat - communicated with very clearly about suggestions, procedure, and after-care - received follow-up calls to check on Spot after her procedure. We want to take the best care of our cat that we can into her old age, she's our family, and we rely on the guidance of her vets to help us do that. Not only do the vets at Cat Care Clinic "get it", they take their time to answer all our questions and put us at ease!”

“From the girl that you first encounter when coming in the door to the Doctor, they are all extremely friendly and professional, and obvious animal lovers. We were adopted by a feral kitten that walked up to us on our porch. She was very sick. She had wounds on her face and eyes, and covered in fleas. She appeared to be about 3 or 4 months and was skin and bones. We didn’t know where to take her. But, found VCA online. Turns out we couldn’t have found a better place. We are keeping her, although I keep saying her, turns out she is a boy…He is now, 10-days later, clear of fleas, healing and putting on weight by the minute. We couldn’t have done this without VCA’s care and instructions. Thanks to the entire staff here.”

“First time at Affordable animal hospital, brought my kitten in (who was previously a stray) for an exam and vaccines. The receptionist, staff, and Dr. Chun was very nice, informative, and took great care of my kitten. I’ve called other vet clinics and this was the most affordable for exam, flea medication, worm medication, FIV and FeLV testing, take home meds, and rabies vaccine was approx ~$260. That’s a fair price to make sure my kitten is up to health so she can live a long healthy life. Thank you Affordable Animal Hospital!”
