“The repair went really well they did a great job. The only issue is that after I checked car before I left coolant was a bit below min mark. The repair required coolant to be drained and then refilled. Currently need to go out to buy coolant to fill to max mark.”
“I showed up unannounced. Fender needed replacing. Got a quick quote. Agreed to a cash price. Received a call when parts came in, scheduled a time for drop off. Repair and paint work completed within 4 days. Paid the quoted price with no surprises. An overall pleasant and positive experience considering the circumstances. We called Ramon and he informed us they were busy , but he will be able to work on car if we dropped it off . “We were unlucky enough to need 2 vehicles fixed at the same time! One of which was brand new, not even a payment made yet! We were lucky enough to find Franks Body Shop! They made the entire process a Breeze, they got both vehicles done in a very timely manner. One vehicle was insurance and that was seamless and easy, the other vehicle was cash pay and they were very reasonable with their pricing for the repairs! Both vehicles came out beautifully, looking like they never had an issue! Everyone we encountered at Franks had a great attitude and great communication and customer service! I we will be using franks for any and all of our future body shop needs!”

“Andy at auto tech is great and been using them for a long time for smog for all my and my familyz vehicles.and recently for some diagnostic for a problem i couldnt quite pin down on my 99 ram. It was a very tricky and bizarre issue and though we didnt quite get it figured he really worked at it much more then just a quick diagnostic visit and was super reasonable and informative pointing me in some good directions and ideas of what i could try to better eliminate. With his help and some more wrenching myself i think i finally got it squared away after months of staring at pids on my tablet and trying everything i know to throw at it! They are great folks and the new lady in the office is great as well!”

“Took a nice afternoon drive to GardenValley, but ended it with a broken serpentine belt. Called Roger Wilson, and he was there within an hour, had my belt on in 5 minutes and I was back on the road. He even followed us down the hill a ways to make sure I was good. Super friendly gentleman and top notch service. You can't beat that kind of customer care and service. Thanks again Roger!!!!”
