“I came to this shop because a friend works here and I came to help him out with something on his daughter's dirt bike and he was very polite and helpful with the customers letting one borrow a tool to take home and use and all the customers seemed to have appreciated his polite, informative and knowledgeable service he answered any questions they had and the shop was kept very tidy and my friend was very informative to the customer and had vast knowledge of foreign automobiles and there design and function it seemed to me being a mechanic myself like a quality honest well kept shop and I would recommend any person with a foreign automobile in need of repair to come to this shop as they won't be disappointed”
“Earlier this Fall my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe spent a few weeks at Thompsons Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram while they worked with the factory to correct an unusual charging port issue. I can't rave enough about Chris Walker's customer service, communication updates and overall help during this time period. Chris gave me weekly updates, assured me that the car would be repaired and returned to me and most amazingly, offered me a loaner that was mine to use for the extent of the time they had my Jeep. Chris made good on his promise and I received my Jeep back four weeks later. While there are still some issues to resolve, I have the utmost confidence in this dealership and their customer service! Thompsons Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is and will continue to be my first call!!”

We called Ramon and he informed us they were busy , but he will be able to work on car if we dropped it off . “Technicians found the problem created by another repair shop. However, one issue I have is that I had the brakes checked just a few days before bringing the car into Toyota. The other shop measured the brake pads at 4.5 out of 10 and indicated that the brakes were not yet ready for replacement. Less than 10 miles later, Toyota measured then at 3 out of 10, recommending replacement. I replaced them, but feel like I was taken advantage of. Makes me wonder if I'll go back to Toyota for any further work.”

“Main Street Automotive is such a great place to get your car serviced. My Subaru has been in their care for a little over a year and they’ve done an excellent job every time. Marissa has excellent customer service skills and is very patient. They're very flexible when your car has an emergency repair and they offer reasonable prices for great work. I love how honest and transparent the mechanics are with their clients, one time they even brought me back to look at a part of my car that needed fixing to see the severity of the damage. Would recommend over Sierra Nevada tire and wheel.”
“Andy at auto tech is great and been using them for a long time for smog for all my and my familyz vehicles.and recently for some diagnostic for a problem i couldnt quite pin down on my 99 ram. It was a very tricky and bizarre issue and though we didnt quite get it figured he really worked at it much more then just a quick diagnostic visit and was super reasonable and informative pointing me in some good directions and ideas of what i could try to better eliminate. With his help and some more wrenching myself i think i finally got it squared away after months of staring at pids on my tablet and trying everything i know to throw at it! They are great folks and the new lady in the office is great as well!”

“This shop is amazing and highly recommended. Stopped in to have my chain saw repaired. I figured I would leave it, have it repaired and get it back in a few days. It was fixed and tested while I stood there watching so I had the chain sharpened (also while I watched). I don’t think this type of service is normal, but he knew exactly what to do once he fired it up. A few adjustments and it runs like new. Much appreciated.”
