The gentleman at the front desk (didn’t catch his name) was very helpful, and Chris, the technician, is super cool and knew his stuff. Definitely where I’ll be taking all my cars for anything I need done professionally.”

“I had what I called a "vanity project" done by Frank's Body Shop in Placerville on my car. They did a beautiful job. The bumper and spoiler were chipped from rocks on the road (I guess?) which from a distance wasn't really noticeable. However, I wanted them repainted. Not only did they repaint them to match my car beautifully (yes, repeating myself), but they repaired a small crack between the bumper and spoiler I hadn't even noticed until I took it back to have the work done.I took the car to several shops for quotes and Frank's was the only shop that didn't advise me to either dump the original bumper and/or the spoiler. They listened to what I wanted and I couldn't be happier. Plus, why get a new bumper, which means adding the old one to a landfill? Nope. I will definitely go back if I need or want other work done.”

“I went in for a headlight restoration. I'm quite happy with the results, as you can see it made an amazing difference. The real proof will be in how long it lasts. We shall see. This business is a part of, extension to, or inside Thompson Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge so you have a large, clean, well stocked waiting room with free beverages and snacks for your enjoyment. The cost was $125 for both headlights which is worth it, if it lasts. Ill try to remember to update my review in a couple of years. Until I post otherwise, you can consider them still clear.”

“Hubby and I were stranded on the side of 50 after our Audi Q7 engine started to sputter- we were towed to Hangtown Foreign by way of recommendation from our tow driver and boy are we thankful! Super friendly staff provided timely answers and speedy service to get us safe to travel home. For the emergency repair provided, price was very fair and within reason and the blasting AC and clean waiting room were an absolute plus while our family of 4 (&pup) waited. If that’s not enough, my son left his cell phone behind and they’re mailing it to us to avoid a long drive back, a huge thank you to Matt and team for taking such great care of us.”

“So thankful for them. dennis helped me out and got me quality tires for good price they were on sale and i got em for 375.15 better then the indian place in diamond springs the customer service was amazing not to long of a wait and when i got my car back from only paying for tires they told me ab my brakes and heavy wear on the tires.. and then helped me out pointing out a tie rod going bad when i only asked for tires. they were nice and very helpful. i will most def be going back next time for tires”

“Took in our horse trailer after the dust cap on one of the axles fell off and the wheel developed noticeable play. We were told we could drop it off over the weekend to get service the following Monday. Left them with bearings and axles seals just in case something looked bad once they got working on it. We were helped by Noah at drop off and pick up and he was very pleasant and kind. Helped us get checked in, inspected the trailer with us and asked for our concerns, and helped us get it unhitched. At pickup we were helped by Tom who took time to give us tips on hauling the trailer and answered more questions about maintenance of the trailer. He was also nice enough to adjust the pins in our trailer and truck connecter so the brake controller could read the connection. Super nice and helpful and they did an amazing job with the bearings. Even painted the hub and dust caps black in a nice coating making everything look nice! Will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to everyone!”

“I honestly don’t know where to start. This review is long over due.After a string of bad luck back in November, a car we had just bought after having our prior car totaled— ended up in a head on collision with a deer. Literally we had the car for possibly 3 weeks. I sat on the phone for hours trying to find somewhere to have the car towed to and after about 4-5 different phone calls and being told no, I found hangtown. Misty answered the phone & was so pleasant, kind and without hesitation said, YES, bring it here. Even though they probably had ZERO reason to accept another car because they too, were swamped. I told her my sob story and was almost in tears, because I truly couldn’t believe we were going to be without a car again. The journey that I went on with Misty and Deva over the next 2 months was incredible. The damage was so extensive, that the whole front end needed to be pieced back together essentially. Through the horrible winter storms, part shortages, and just all around patience needed on both ends, we had to laugh through the trauma of this together, because it wasn’t easy lol. I am SO thankful. They did AMAZING work. They stand behind their work. They are amazing to talk to. I think I talked with Misty and Deva just for fun some days because they are genuinely wanting to help and give answers. There were times I would call just wanting an update and being greeted with, “HI Sara!” Is so refreshing when you are going through it and life is just kicking you in the butt. I kept calling myself the problem child, because my car was quite literally any shops worst nightmare lol. And i just felt so bad. But they still made me feel confident and aware they were GOING to get the car fixed and back in our hands asap.You guys made such a tragic and expensive season of our life so simple and much easier to get through. Again, THANK YOU. From the bottom of my heart I don’t think there’s enough words to tell you guys how thankful my husband and I are.
