“O'Reilly Auto Parts in Placerville is on Missouri Flat Road in the same shopping center with the Target. It's super close to the Highway 50 exit.
As I walked in, I was immediately greeted. The shop was well organized, items clearly labeled, and clean.
Having been to a competing auto parts chain retailer (AZ) looking for a particular motor oil brand and viscosity grade; I was stoked to find they carried it here since the other place didn't. Awesome. Plus it was reasonably priced.”

The price was very competitive and my service rider Chris found the perfect tires Goodyear wrangler all terrain adventure Kevlar
With the tire rebate it was an excellent choice and they included alignment with the purchase.”

“These folks are an exception to the car dealership scourge. After a week of incredibly frustrating experiences shopping for cars at other automalls, I finally found Thompsons. I absolutely hate the lack of knowledgeable and empowered sales reps at most dealerships. If you have to go talk to your boss for every question I'd rather just talk to them, don't waste my time. Thompsons doesn't do that. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable, and if they didn't know, they GOT the person who did, not just act as the go-between. The ONLY criticism I have is they will add on ~$1000 after the sticker price, taxes, and fees for a "optional" security system. Would be better if this was advertised in the sticker price since it isn't actually optional.”

Repair and paint work completed within 4 days. Paid the quoted price with no surprises. An overall pleasant and positive experience considering the circumstances.
