About Diamond Pacific
Diamond Pacific is a well-managed hardware and lumber yard with a large inside area offering a variety of fasteners, tools, and hardware. Customers appreciate the polite and professional inside sales staff. The business is known for better lumber loading compared to big-box stores like Home Depot. The front desk staff are friendly, though recent changes in drivers have raised concerns about professionalism and safety, with new drivers requiring waivers for potential property damage. One customer shared a positive experience of a driver who made children’s day by waving and honking, highlighting a friendly and caring attitude. Overall, Diamond Pacific provides good service and a wide selection, with some recent issues related to driver conduct.
