“Smart employees who always know what you need! I shop here when I can to support our local business. I was surprised that the last time I needed a bunch of items from a project -- I cost it out on the Home Depot website. I stopped into Ace just to check prices on my way to HD. Ace was cheaper!! An all around feel good shopping experience.”

“Truly my favorite store. Prospecting tools, flashlights, sluice boxes, gold pans, knives, gifts, souvenir clothing, home decor. Great service someone will always ask you if you want to look at something before you even have to ask.”

“We were in need of some deck stain + sealer, and The Paint Spot gave me great customer service, helping me to match the exact color of the existing deck. It was a young lady helping me & answering any of my questions; I'm sorry, I don't remember her name. Anyway, the Benjamin Moore solid stain was great quality and easy to work with. I even had a gallon and a half left over. Good price, too. This is now my go-to place for anything paint or stain-related. Keep up the good work!”

“Very new to welding and came in for Argon/CO2 mix. The ladies at the counter were very helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. They explained what i needed for an initial mig welder set up. The bottles are swapped out through their AirGas program. While very friendly, one lady got right to work entering my info and processing the sale for my account and explained the email i would receive, etc. The manager, Tammy, went outside and placed the bottle outside my truck. All was done with a smile and gracious/sincere attitude.”

“It's awesome because they always have exactly what I need when I pop in, even those tricky, weird-sized HVAC capacitors! And the staff is super helpful, even with folks who aren't really sure what they're doing.”

“Stellar Service and Products We took our rough deck design into Pro Builders and they took the time to determine everything we would need to complete the deck. They created a master list of products, ordered everything for us, and delivered it to our home. Their expertise is amazing. When we have questions about how to do something, they always teach us how to do it. Their service is above and beyond. The lumber we received from them is top tier. Their prices were reasonable and sometimes less expensive than the big box store across the street. I highly recommend Pro Builders for any home improvement project in your future!”

“We just wanted to thank Chentelle for helping us with our deck rebuild. She was amazing! So knowledgeable and helpful and a joy to work with! We always have a great experience in the store and the employees always go above and beyond. But Chentelle definitely stood out! Thank you Chentelle! It’s definitely the store we will seek out for our construction and lumber needs.”

“I had placed an online order for pickup, and when I arrived, I realized one of the items wasn’t the antibacterial version I needed. I went to the customer service desk, and I believe the employee who helped me was John G. He and the rest of the team were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. They listened to my concerns, quickly found a solution, and resolved the issue with ease. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience seamless. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you, John G. and the Home Depot team, for going above and beyond! I truly appreciate your help and look forward to shopping here again.”

“By far the best HD buying experience within 100 miles of this Homedepot. Unexpectedly friendly and helpful staff. Despite a busy Sunday morning, I was able to have loaded a palleted item and drive off within 30 minutes of entering the store. AND the forklift driver was extra careful! Thanks much!”
