“My wife and I have utilized the Diamond Springs Post Office for nearly 20 years and have received excellent serve during all that time. The staff at USPS Diamond Springs has always been friendly and helpful. We are grateful for their fine service.I am dismayed to read the negative reviews here. It seems that some of them have been written as reviews of the USPS in general, not this specific post office. Also, regarding the allegation of Diamond Springs Postmaster being a thief, that is both preposterous and completely uncalled for. Pam is a wonderful person and an fine Postmaster and deserves nothing but kudos for her efforts. Thanks you D.S. USPS for your most excellent service!”

“The southeast Asian woman (Indian) who assisted me at the Placerville post office was kind, patient and helpful. There was a very long line of customers with only two clerks. Both clerks were handling the crowd with speed and kindness.”
