He showed such empathy and the 2nd time around gave me a discount and then a screen protector. Santa was there, even if he had dark hair and a shadow beard. “I had a iphone with a broken screen, or so I thought. I had a quote of $110 for the repair. When I got to the shop, I was told that it was not the screen but the screen protector that was damaged. Really?!? A new screen protector was applied which cost $20 instead of $110. The repair was done in minutes. I could have been quoted the $110 replacement and not questioned the cost or the need for the repair. Really honest personnel. I couldn't be more pleased!”

“Sean and Ana were very kind and helpful. I had brought in my IPhone 11 that I had repaired about a month ago. My phone was not letting me unlock it or move anything on the screen. So after Sean fixed it, he was kind enough to show me the difference between a good quality screen and a not-so-good one. Ana recommended a good tempered glass for my phone as well as a speaker that was really hard to refuse lol. Overall they were very helpful and answered all of my questions.”

“First purchase from Rees and my first typewriter. I did quite a bit of research before selecting a typewriter I was looking for. Unfortunately, they were sold out of the specific typewriter I was after, but had my second pick.
I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service experience with this shop. I was called very promptly and informed the typewriter I wanted had just sold, was walked through other options, and found a different typewriter I had been interested in.
The shipping was unbelievably fast. I had my typewriter well before I expected to. The item was packed delicately a thoughtfully, which can be an issue when buying typewriters - a lot of sellers don’t know how to ship them correctly and safely.
The machine works flawlessly. I typed 4-5 pages, using every key and variant multiple times, at speed (I’m a fast typeset), and went through all the machines functions.
The case is in great shape, considering. These are older machines.
Will definitely be making purchases in the future.”

Due to its sentimentality, I agreed to the repair and I am so glad I did. The record player is now in beautiful shape! He is incredibly honest if his repairs will be worth the cost of the item. “I bought my NAD 7250 PE stereo receiver in 1986 and it still works till this day in my secondary room mostly for music but it had developed an intermittent right channel at lower volumes. Found Henry's by googling authorized NAD repair centers and sent it off. Turnaround was extraordinary; under two weeks, other NAD shops had said months. Couldn't be more pleased. It sounds, and the knobs and buttons operate, better than I remember when new. Highly, highly recommended for your vintage gear. The cost was 1/4 what a "modern" replacement would have cost as I need pre out/main in for an outboard amp to run a center channel for quasi 3.2 the few times I use the TV in that room, and to integrate a MiniDSP which acts as my crossover/EQ for my dual subs. “So my HDMI wouldn't read for my ps5, I called several shops for them to up charge & request 3-5 business to fix my console. Bro's Game Shop was speedy and excellent with their services. Not only were they able to fix my HDMI issue, I also had an overheating problem they took care of for a low price. Contacted me to see if I wanted to replace it and gave me a quote on that. Cleaned, calibrated, internally grounded, and RCA replaced Excellent work!”
