“I was in mid-change mode of a Onewheel tire. I struggled to get the new tire on the existing rim. My board was disassembled and I was frustrated. I decided to look for a solution. I came across Matt and gave him a call. I told him about my situation and he said no problem. He told me to bag everything up as is and bring to him. Within a 18 hour period, my Onewheel was ready and ready to be picked up. He also did a once over to make sure it was in tip top shape. “High-Tech Systems is a great, honest and local computer repair shop. Even though they couldn't repair my daughter's laptop, they did the entire diagnostics for free. The laptop had major physical damage due to a spill so it was too costly to repair. They did not charge me for taking a look at it and tell me if it was worth fixing. They worked on it for a few days and they kept me informed of their findings. They gave me the option to fix it but they also said that the cost would be the same as buying a new laptop so they advised me against fixing it. I felt they were honest and straightforward with me at all times.”

“If you ever looking for a reason why mom and pop stores are so important, this store is the perfect example. My wife had ordered for me a Hermes 3000 as bday/christmas gift. I received a call from the store though to confirm that this was the exact model I wanted. After a pleasant discussion with Schulze, I realized she had not ordered the correct model I wanted and I postponed this order. “I bought my NAD 7250 PE stereo receiver in 1986 and it still works till this day in my secondary room mostly for music but it had developed an intermittent right channel at lower volumes. Found Henry's by googling authorized NAD repair centers and sent it off. Turnaround was extraordinary; under two weeks, other NAD shops had said months. Couldn't be more pleased. It sounds, and the knobs and buttons operate, better than I remember when new. Highly, highly recommended for your vintage gear. The cost was 1/4 what a "modern" replacement would have cost as I need pre out/main in for an outboard amp to run a center channel for quasi 3.2 the few times I use the TV in that room, and to integrate a MiniDSP which acts as my crossover/EQ for my dual subs. “I Repair It Fast is located at 1030 East Green Street Pasadena California 91106. This is a beautiful area to have this boutique store. Trees and unique stores line this area of Green Street. The entrance is immediately next to the sidewalk, with no setback. Street parking can sometimes be difficult but side streets often have the most parking.
When I entered the store, I walked through a small seating area to the counter. At the counter I was asked about what type of help that I needed. I showed him my Galaxy S10+ phone and explained that I thought I had a battery problem. He asked me a number of questions concerning its symptoms and how long it had been taking place. He gave me a number of options. After thinking for a while I decided that I wanted to go ahead and get a new battery.
I wanted an original Samsung battery, not an aftermarket battery. He took the information off of my phone to make sure that he was looking for the proper battery in his inventory. He was out of stock. He made some inquiries and said that he would have a battery for me in a couple days and would give me a call when the battery came in. He was very helpful and courteous. I even asked him some questions about the new phone that I had purchased. He was very helpful in explaining how to properly adjust the settings.
After some delay because his supplier was out of stock I stopped and checked with him. He checked his inventory and had the proper replacement. I left the phone and was told to return in a few hours. When I came back the phone was ready. I paid the agreed upon price and was on my way.
When I got home I double checked the phone to see what kind of charge was on the battery. I plugged it in and it is charging as it should.
Very happy with my experience at I Repair it Fast! I recommended it to a friend who needs a new Macbook charger and he was told to bring it by to make sure he gets the correct one. Should I need any technical assistance or product I will be back.”

I needed a job printed today - and stumbled upon this place, called them and brought in my job for some test prints which they did with the best customer service!
