“The best, they will cater to your specific needs and make suggestions. Very environmentally aware and correct. Best place in town for easy stuff and wedding dresses, they do tv shows and Kaden events as well as your laundry.”
“Excellent laundromat! Everything is new, modern, and easy to use. All the machines and payments are digital, so there’s no need to carry quarters. There is also convenient parking available.
I especially want to recognize Vilma, who works there. She always keeps the laundromat clean, and I constantly see her working, cleaning, and taking out the trash. She is very attentive and always ready to help customers with any questions. She even helps people bring their carts out to their cars. Today, I had a lot of laundry, and she came outside to hold my cart so it wouldn’t roll away while I loaded everything into my car. She is very hardworking, kind, and helpful. I definitely recommend this laundromat!”
“The staff here is always welcoming, polite, and attentive to special requests for delicate fabrics. My clothes consistently come back looking crisp, clean, and well-cared for. A true neighborhood gem!”

“This place is the best cleaners we’ve ever been to.
Everything is done as promised. The prices are very reasonable.
I don’t leave reviews ever. But I would highly recommend Beverly Crest cleaners”
“Five stars aren’t enough. What stood out wasn’t just how beautifully they cleaned and folded everything—it was the genuine kindness and compassion they showed my 14-year-old son, who was in California on a teen tour and needed his laundry done. They made him feel comfortable, cared for, and treated him like family. As a parent who was thousands of miles away, that meant more to me than I can put into words. Businesses like this are rare. If you’re looking for exceptional service from people who truly care, this is the place. Thank you for making such a positive difference.”
“The Laundry Room is clean, competitively priced and Fernanda is fantastic! They wash-n-fold for $1.75 lb, minimum of $20 - and worth every cent!
Im very glad to have found this wonderful Laundry Room and my new go-to.
Thank you Fernanda!”
“Amazing place to get things done. Overall great customer service. I would definitely suggest it to my friends and family. Everything was done right! Awesome management, really appreciate the time!”

“Brionna/Brianna is amazing. I’m an idiot and came in at 10:45.( Last wash is 10:30!!) she shouldnt have but still let me wash. Don’t be like me. She was so helpful as this was like my third time using a laundry mat. It’s rare to find someone as nice and accommodating as she is when you’re the inconvenience. Thanks for a great experience, will be back at the right times :)”
“Friendly and great customer service
The new revamped location is amazing and immaculate. I’ll return soon and thanks for all your help giving me wash tips and the benefits of washing at your location.”
“Bubble beach laundry has been very professional and there is very good communication and the laundry is handled with care with towels and sheets separated from clothing. I am very grateful for such good service!”
“I've tried a few fluff-and-fold services in the area, and none of them compare to Laundry Room On Fountain. They have the best prices, the fastest turnaround, and the friendliest service. Shane and Barbara are the best, and I couldn't recommend Laundry Room more.”
“Ppl will make steal your clothes out of the washing machines is u walk away from it !! Other then that the staff is friendly the place is always clean and everthing else is okay.”

“This is hands-down, the best cleaners, and best alterations in all of LA County. I have a new leather jacket that I recently styled and also a wool jacket that I had styled from the original vintage one and I have been getting compliments and stopped everywhere I go to find out how that jacket was made And I have Miss Isabel to think for that. She was patient and worked magic. The jacket was very expensive from London and the leather jacket. She helped me redesign and change the lining and make the shoulders small and cute. I highly highly recommend this dry cleaners.”
“I’ve been taking my clothes to Spring Cleaners for over a decade, and Marco and his team are simply the best in the business.
A couple of years ago, I changed jobs and no longer needed daily dry cleaning, so I hadn’t stepped through the door in nearly two years. When I finally dropped by with a few items recently, Marco looked up, greeted me like no time had passed, and still had my phone number memorized. That level of personal touch, genuine care, and old-school hospitality is almost impossible to find these days. Marco is truly a good dude who runs his business with integrity.
On top of the incredible customer service, the craftsmanship is always spot-on. Clothes come back looking pristine, turnarounds are reliable, and the pricing is more than fair for the quality you receive. If you’re looking for top-tier dry cleaning backed by honest, hardworking people, you won’t find a better spot than Spring Cleaners. Highest recommendation.”
“Very clean, plenty of machines and no wait at all at noon on a weekday. I needed a machine big enough to wash a 9x12 rug and they had several machines large enough.”
“The quality of Browns Cleaners' craftsmanship and their ability to care for couture and other beautiful things is unsurpassed. I've lived in Santa Fe, New Mexico for 5 years and I still take or send all of my dry cleaning (including cotton shirts) to Browns Cleaners.”

“I am a full time traveler and have been to tons of laundromats in many cities and states. Big Wave is the best one.
They had a gentleman on staff keeping everything clean and answering questions. It was exceptionally clean, and all the machines took an app or coin and were well marked. Will be returning whenever I’m in LA!! Truly a gem :)”

“So…I walked in today about 2min before closing. I left my 85-year old father in the car b/c he was close enough for me to keep an eye on him.
When I entered the cleaners, there was a customer yelling at one of the older adults behind the counter (he may not have meant to come across as hostile, to be fair). It was pretty intimidating, and everyone seemed a bit uncomfortable as it continued for about 10min. I finally had to speak up since the cleaners was technically closed by then, and I think he was too upset to notice the impact to all parties present.
I am including this as a review because I want to commend the kind, calmness of the two older adults behind the counter at the time. I don’t know if they were specifically responsible for the problem.
What I can say is, the lady behind the counter Never Once raised her voice at the customer. Her tone remained calm and gentle. Even the customer was honest in acknowledging that she took the time to hear out his concern.
After things eased, rather than turning us away, the staff member took the orders of the remaining people waiting, given the unusual circumstances. It never affected her ability to keep trying her best for her customers.
So, I just want to say that, after multiple generations of my family using this cleaners, getting good service, troubleshooting concerns, etc., I am so grateful that the staff is consistently kind in how they approach us and they allow us to communicate what we need to say. I don’t know which staff members do which jobs but, I have experienced kindness from each person that helps us.
My dad and I both appreciate how many times they have helped us get last minute items cleaned for things like funerals and important events. He said he was trying to get out of the car to make sure everyone was safe because he heard the ordeal way out in the parking lot.
I know people are human and sometimes things don’t happen the way someone believes they should. I just glad that, no matter what, we can depend on the staff at Jewell to treat us like human beings, no matter the situation or concern.”
“Paula did an amazing job with alterations for my wedding dress! She was recommended to me by LOHO and I’m very happy went to Paula. My dress has a long train and corset. Paula altered them beautifully and constructed a beautiful French bustle. Will be using them for cleaning and preservation too. Thank you Paula ☺️”
“Big Waves is the best. I do wash and fold and dry cleaning with them every week. They are so fast and the team is always so nice and accommodating. Makes my life so much easier not having to worry about laundry.”

“Great professional service, as the staff are friendly and helpful! In addition to regular dry cleaning, they’ll also clean hats, purses, wedding gowns and handbags. Shoe repair is also offered!I’ve also been doing my self service laundry here at the adjoining coin-op for years.Good atmosphere without the crowds and closing times of other laundromats, with machines good for different loads of laundry.Soaps, softeners, bags and change are available on request or with the vending machines. If further assistance is needed, they can take the items next door during their hours of operation for professional cleaning!A big plus here is the availability of excellent purified water at just 35¢ per gallon!”
