I was at a major chain before coming here. The major chain down the street gave me awful service and acted like my questions were a burden. The staff was friendly, efficient, and patient—even when things got a little busy. They took the time to answer my questions, helped me find the most affordable and reliable shipping option, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s not every day you leave the post office feeling impressed, but today was definitely one of those days. Big thanks to the team for their kindness and professionalism!”

“If you need a less stressful post office to go to this will it. The workers are friendly and respectful, but there has been some mail that I have sent had gone somewhere and then direct back to the correct address which makes me upset. They need to monitor people who are scanning our mail, so it won’t deliver to the wrong address. Anyway, this is the only post office in my area that is close by to open on Saturday.”

“The employees in this shop are so helpful and responsive. Even when very busy, you can hear how they are assisting and know when its your turn, you will get the same attention. I prefer to do all my mailings and shopping for postal needs at this shop. Thank you for the opportunity to say this. Lately, I have had a need to go to store managers and let them know how poor their service is. It's rough out in the economy; unpleasant staff makes it harder”
