“I would like to share my excellent experience during our recent visit for a child passport application.
Christina was extremely professional, kind, and patient, especially with our child. Even though we did not have a photo service included in our appointment, she kindly helped us by taking the passport photo on the spot, which we truly appreciated.
She completed the entire process efficiently — including the photo and application — in about 10 minutes, while maintaining a very positive and caring attitude throughout.
Her level of customer service went above and beyond expectations, and I strongly believe she deserves recognition for her outstanding work.

“I can’t say enough about my experience with this location. My project was an old Indian cookbook of my mother who has passed away. 6 days before Christmas I call on the phone. The guy was friendly, patient and welcoming. When I came in they listened to what I wanted , came up with ideas while working it in my price range! It was a beautiful book, they called me with final details, emailed me for my convenience.. I even called and ordered two more before Christmas to have enough and they made that happen too The manager John made it happen. Best service I have ever had in my life. Not exaggerating. The price beat other online competitors too! I love this place! Grateful Joanie”

“In the past 10 years, I have seen the USPS postal service become VERY unreliable for incoming and outgoing packages and mail. Many sent items and expected items have been lost or stolen. Even certified mail or return receipt mail goes missing frequently. Seems that USPS only really cares about your package if you use the more expensive priority mail. Even then with the tracked priority mail, I have had packages go missing. Unfortunately, if you have to ship to a PO Box then you HAVE to use the USPS. In those cases, I always use Priority Mail. UPS has a better record than USPS but still mistreats and loses packages. I have had the BEST success with FedEx. I have only ever had one package lost. According to FedEx it is still circling Nashville. When using FedEx I have the best service and experience when I go to the corporate ship point on Nichols Drive. This is where the packages go to anyway, so I go straight here instead of the FedEx Kinkos locations. I have had a MUCH better experience at Nichols Drive than ANY FedEx Kinkos location. Paulina is a consistently excellent employee at this location who always provides excellent customer service. I use the cheapest ground option and allow plenty of time for shipping when I can to save money.”
