“I work at an oral surgery practice and a lab in SF said they did not receive a patient's biopsy we had sent two weeks ago. Due to an error on our end, we did not have a tracking number. I called and spoke to Rachel S. and she went through every package order on the day we sent it to find a tracking # for us. I explained the urgency to her and what might happen if it was lost. Rachel found the order and the tracking # and the pathology had been received at the lab after all. Thank you Rachel for being so amazing yesterday. You are appreciated.”

“Carol was first class. She is amazing. However FedEx has killed my dog forever. They lied and told me that my package would be delivered on time , when it had never moved. They never notified me that there was a packaging issue or that there was a problem I could’ve fix this if they would’ve just called the emergency number if they would’ve done any steps to helping this process, my dog would still be able to come to life. my dog sperm died with that package. They have absolutely never enough apologies because not only did we lose a $25,000 offspring litter but we lost our forever baby. He is forever gone forever and they can’t fix it”

“I live in an apartment complex in Roseville and for the last 2 months I have had deliveries marked delivered but not on my doorstep, had 2 different companies refund full order one even sent replacement at no charge. On a 3rd order I asked the driver in the parking lot he said he dropped 3 packages in the office. 2of which were the refunded and replaced items. Before this driver I never had a problem with ups the lady delivery driver before him always delivered to my doorstep. When she disappeared and the new guy appeared all deliveries not delivered. On my most recent package I went to the office to let them know I had a package coming but for some reason that day no employee in office and 2 hours later ups tracking say problem with label new delivery date to be on Monday when there was someone in the office and he dropped my package there after the manager asked him not to. Checked my label on that order no problem with original label. March 31 had a package supposed to be delivered to my doorstep. No driver takes to a post office parcel for 2 coffee cups I will not complete an online purchase when ups is involved. This is a local problem I don't know how to get this resolved but I am sure this guy is messing up business from people in my complex who purchase online with ups involvement. This guy Is bringing you down.They have taken care of my issues.”
