“Multiple products for my 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness

I purchased the brush bar, rock sliders, ARB Compact Air Compressor with mount and air fitting kit, and the fog lights upgrade kit for my 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness directly from CATuned Offroad’s website. Parts were UPSed within 3 days of placing the order to the shop I used for the installation. There was a two-week lag from when the shop received the parts and I could get the car in for the installation. On the scheduled installation day we found out the lights had not been included with the shipment, but the brackets were. Upon contacting CATuned, they quickly figured out the issue and shipped out a new light kit the same day. This type of customer service is one as a customer is greatly appreciated and any business should strive to provide and CATuned did just that.

The shop I used is more 4x4 forward and the bulk of modifications are done on Jeeps, Toyota, and the like with a few Subarus under their belt. They were very complimentary of the quality of the products, ease of installation, overall fit, and how good it looked.

Given the quality of the CATuned products and the customer service, I would purchase from them again without hesitation, and anyone looking to buy similar products should seriously consider them.”

“I went there because of the package ? somebody puted package to my front door, it was not my package. I decided to send it back. Most of the time, I return Amazon stuff at Staples. People from Staples didn't take it, so I decided to go to this place. I met there guys who were outside of the building and asked them how can I return this package , they said no. When I was Cummings back, I didn't find any open gates. I was lost . I have never been on building like this, lol, then I decided to come closer to the gates and see what's going on. When I stayed about 3 seconds, gates sterted open, I was so happy. Lol So, it was my experience with Amazon SMF. Anyway, buildings are very big and beautiful. I think it will be great if #Amazon will create a department for a lose packages , so people who had them with wrong address are can brings packages to this department, and it's doesn't meter its Staples or UPS ?Anyway I think that #Amazon is the best shopping site in the world, I use it for the long time and can prove it??”
