“Curbed my '25 Integra Type S after getting cut off. Saw recommendations for this shop through a local Type S owners group. Quoted me $125 for the wheel repair, they booked me for two hours and the work was done in less than 30 minutes. Superb work, can't even tell that nasty scrape ever happened. Great smoothing and paint matching work, and the price was exactly as quoted. Hopefully I won't have any more incidents, but if I do, I'll be back to Wheel Guys in a heartbeat.”

He arrived punctually, explained the work to be done, put up a sun shield canopy over the car and got to work. We are beyond pleased with the results on our beloved 2017 VW GTI SE! “Just got my Lexus LS back from Kee's. There was moderate damage to the driver's side front bumper with minor damage to the driver's side front quarter panel when I brought it in. The entire bumper needed replacing but I was told by Kee that they could fix the existing quarter panel to blend with the headlamp and bumper. His estimate was half of what the other two estimates I received in Walnut Creek. He said he could probably use the existing headlamp if there was no damage to the inside casing and that one of the sensors could possibly be saved, but there was no telling for sure until they took everything apart. As it turned out, the headlamp casing was damaged slightly on the inside so they had to order a new headlamp as well as replace the damaged sensor. Given the extra parts needed, the total cost was only about $400 over the original estimate.

Austin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and kept me updated on the progress. The job took a little longer than expected due to the fact that the headlamp needed to be ordered and shipped. Better done slow and right than quick and not right. The work was beyond excellent. And their shuttle service with Uber is very timely and efficient.”

“Super accommodating, I had an appointment in Walnut Creek and he let me leave the jeep with him until the 12:30 appointment he had available. Our jeep was thrashed from a year of dog hair, horse & barn dirt, off roading, and snow travel. I picked it up after my appointment finished at 2:30. When he told me the price I was in shock by how great it looked and the price he gave me was so reasonable I didn't think I heard him correctly.. we have taken other cars to places before that weren't even remotely in the state of this one they always wanted a lot more money. This place is a hidden gem, and the gentleman running it is super friendly and detail-oriented. Wish I had found this place sooner. Thank you!”

“I can't say enough about this business. The gentleman that owns it is the nicest man. He detailed the outside of my car today. Clay bared and a silicone wax. Done by hand. I first started coming there because they will hand wash your car. They use the best cleaners so it doesn't cut your wax and it's way better than going to the car wash that runs it through their washer and then people quickly wipe it and off to you go. So hand wash for ten dollars more than the big companies that run you through the machine. My car looks better than the day I bought it 9 years ago! Highly recommend them.”

“Aside from surviving, there are few reasons to feel lucky after a car accident. We found two: BMW Collision Center and their estimator, Maurice Perry. Our Audi A7 sustained major front end damage. BMWCC's repair is flawless. The A7 is aluminum bodied with very close panel tolerances, requiring specialized training and equipment to realign precisely. The multiple damaged panels required exacting color matching, blending and clear coat application to achieve a seamless result. As other reviewers have said, Maurice Perry, BMWCC estimator, was absolutely key to negotiating an equitable settlement with our insurance company. Unless you actually work in the car insurance business, you will not be aware of the of the numerous tactics insurance companies use to drive claim resolutions in their favor. Having a deeply experienced advocate was essential to receiving the full benefit of our policy. Maurice is a true professional; timely, responsive, good humored and most importantly - effective.”

“This is a decent car wash spot with reasonable prices and quick service. I have taken my cars here several times. Three levels of cleaning are offered and I have used them all. Usually they do an excellent job for the money. One time though there were still spots and smudges on the exterior of the car, my touchscreen has several fingerprints on it (probably mine) and the trunk still had a little debris that had not been vacuumed out. If I'd said something they probably would have gone over the areas I mentioned again, but I couldn't be bothered, and that's on me. Given the cost and quick service I will definitely be returning. Overall, I recommend, even though the job is not always entirely perfect, it's worth it to me because of the time and effort involved of my cleaning my car myself.”
