Same as other reviews: they sent my bill to collections before ever sending me a payment request.

I received a bill 8/9/25 and paid it on 8/21/25. I received the same bill today 9/12/25 saying the amount was still owed. I returned my credit card bank statement showing the bill was paid. I have to tell my dermatologist not to use your services.
