Even getting there when it opened at 8am, the wait was 40 minutes. However the staff were courteous and efficient. Zac was knowledgeable and experienced; he found my small veins immediately and I was on my way in five minutes!

I arrived pretty early in the morning for a drop-in and it still took pretty long to get served. But the technicians who took my blood samples were good.

Very busy, but they move quickly... especially if you have an appointment. Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible. Lab results were received quickly: 1 to 2 days.
