This time a couple ladies tell me how Amazon delivers my stuff, She was rude about me bringing my box the way I get it
After a long discussion I showed her the picture and pruf the box was the same
She did return my box
If you need to return on ups in Michel they have the service and don't suet the customer
I don't know where they get the training for customer service, probably in the military

Lot of people waiting in Queue and there’s no self kiosk to drop off the smallest items like Whole Foods have. Plus if anyone of the members in Queue is doing a notary then you are going to wait for good 30 minutes ?

I had an Amazon return with the option to bring in “no box and no label”, returned the item at this location in its original box, and they refused to tape it in order for me to return it. They have tape rolls for their shipments sitting on the counter behind them. Instead, they made me purchase a roll of tape which has a starting price of $9.99 for the smallest size. I purchased the cheapest one and reiterated that this is a ridiculous situation.

Absolutely the worst ups store I’ve been to. I rather use other stores or whole food to return my Amazon package. Worst customer service from that fat old ugly woman.
