Faith that they opened the store it's been about 2 hours to wait for assistance in Spanish and it's time that no one helps me!! A person came to put me on the list to be served at 11am and nothing after that they told me that no one comes today who speaks Spanish, after I waited 5 minutes and well nothing has passed an hour since then and well there is no customer service is a shame ?????? I think they just teased me and made fun of me ?? I think I was discriminated against

I used to really like the staff here, but something changed in the past year. We went in looking to add a line for my daughter, and the associate was so rude that we decided to go to T-Mobile across the street and switch our entire plan over. She didn’t listen well and kept interrupting me whenever I asked a question.
I had to come back today and deal with the same associate because I couldn’t access my account to pay off my balance. She printed out a bill that had already been paid 2 months ago, and tried to tell me it was my remaining balance. Then she called customer support and handed me her phone while she worked with another customer. This was an hour of my life that I’ll never get back, and I could have just called from my house. Total waste of time and awful overall experience. I’ll drive to Walnut Creek if I need to visit again, but hopefully that won’t be the case now that I’m with T-Mobile.
I’ll also note that the T-Mobile coverage seems to be better around the East Bay, and I saved $60 per month compared to what Verizon quoted for my family plan.

Mason, their employee, is amazing. He went above and beyond his duty helping me to battle Verizon phone support for 6 hours. Mason's competence and friendliness presented such a contrast with every phone support employee. Thank you very much for your help!

I went into the Pleasant Hill Verizon there’s an employee there named Guenn and he should NEVER work in the customer service Industry. he gave horrible customer Service. I will never go to that store again. I would recommend going to the Walnut Creek location.

Nice clean modern store.
Not had to wait very long for help when there.
Sometimes there was lots of parking but sometimes no parking to be found. I have had to drive around the small parking lot until a parking spot opened up.

My mom walks with a cane and I have an injured ankle. We go into this Verizon store because her phone had just completely stopped working. I see a few customers milling around and a couple people sitting down. A guy that works there is helping a customer. Fine, but maybe at least acknowledge us and say hello or welcome in or anything? My mom and I sit down. A woman and another gentleman are at one of the high tables. Then, he's talking on a landline, and she comes over to the long high table the first guy is at and starts working next to him calling over another person who happened to be standing behind the customer. Still no acknowledgement so I go stand up and I'm just chatting it up with the customer who was originally being assisted. A woman comes out from the back and smiles and I'm thinking to myself finally a person who will talk to us or see us, but no. She disappeared an instant later. The original customer leaves as my mom stands up and comes over by me. She easily explains her issue/situation to the guy and he asks if she needs a battery or new phone. She wants to keep the phone she has so she says battery and then he sends us somewhere else?? Oh, and after I explained that all the customer service workers here looked angry and/or miserable she asked him how to receive customer service should she need to return and at first he didn't understand. I had no problem speaking up and his response was that they were short staffed. Anyway, he seemed like he was actually apologetic and like I said they all seemed miserable so I'll leave 2 stars and let you all decide for yourselves. Btw, the place he sent us for the battery, MD Wireless said they were open online and everything but when my mom and I got there, it looked like it was permanently closed with tons of plastic covering the doors and windows.

For years I have come to this store because I like the salespeople here. On March 2, 2024, I purchased a new iphone 15, ipad, phone insurance and many accessories. I got home and looked at my receipt and realized that I was overcharged for a $14.99 wall adapter. Next day, March 3, 2024, I returned to the store and explained to the manager (Jasmine) that I was overcharged. Instead of issuing an apology and a credit for the overcharge, she refused to take care of the issue and stated that she had checked the store inventory and there were no inventory discrepancies. As a long time Verizon, I left feeling not valued as a customer and ashamed about the insinuation that I was not telling the truth all over a $14.99 wall adapter that I could have just bought on Amazon for half the price. I asked for her manager's name and she refused to provide that information. I like my new iphone but the management at his store earned an "F" for customer service. I wish I could give zero stars but I am forced to give one star in order to post this review.

We were missing an item from a large order and brought in the receipt with the items purchased. The manager, Jazmine, refused to refund the money we paid stating she did a complete inventory and there was not an extra item. Terrible customer service. We were going to buy additional items but left the store. We asked her for her manager's name and she refused. I explained I have been a customer for over 15 years and she did not care. Caveat emptor. Chose another location if you can as you can see a lot of one star ratings. By the way this is my first review so obviously the manager did a terrible job of resolving the issue. I hope someone in upper management reads this and tries to some action. Jordan who works there would be great a the job because he actually likes customers unlike Jazmine. Send an undercover boss to find out yourself. I don't know how Jazmine secured the position with her terrible customer service skills.

Jordan is awesome. We have had a few glitches with our phones over the last few years. Both times Jordan figured it out. These were not easy fixes, but he stayed with it. He has a lot of patience and is a pleasure to work with.
