My mom walks with a cane and I have an injured ankle. We go into this Verizon store because her phone had just completely stopped working. I see a few customers milling around and a couple people sitting down. A guy that works there is helping a customer. Fine, but maybe at least acknowledge us and say hello or welcome in or anything? My mom and I sit down. A woman and another gentleman are at one of the high tables. Then, he's talking on a landline, and she comes over to the long high table the first guy is at and starts working next to him calling over another person who happened to be standing behind the customer. Still no acknowledgement so I go stand up and I'm just chatting it up with the customer who was originally being assisted. A woman comes out from the back and smiles and I'm thinking to myself finally a person who will talk to us or see us, but no. She disappeared an instant later. The original customer leaves as my mom stands up and comes over by me. She easily explains her issue/situation to the guy and he asks if she needs a battery or new phone. She wants to keep the phone she has so she says battery and then he sends us somewhere else?? Oh, and after I explained that all the customer service workers here looked angry and/or miserable she asked him how to receive customer service should she need to return and at first he didn't understand. I had no problem speaking up and his response was that they were short staffed. Anyway, he seemed like he was actually apologetic and like I said they all seemed miserable so I'll leave 2 stars and let you all decide for yourselves. Btw, the place he sent us for the battery, MD Wireless said they were open online and everything but when my mom and I got there, it looked like it was permanently closed with tons of plastic covering the doors and windows.

We were missing an item from a large order and brought in the receipt with the items purchased. The manager, Jazmine, refused to refund the money we paid stating she did a complete inventory and there was not an extra item. Terrible customer service. We were going to buy additional items but left the store. We asked her for her manager's name and she refused. I explained I have been a customer for over 15 years and she did not care. Caveat emptor. Chose another location if you can as you can see a lot of one star ratings. By the way this is my first review so obviously the manager did a terrible job of resolving the issue. I hope someone in upper management reads this and tries to some action. Jordan who works there would be great a the job because he actually likes customers unlike Jazmine. Send an undercover boss to find out yourself. I don't know how Jazmine secured the position with her terrible customer service skills.

Your store had a bad VIBE! Didn't have enough service people.

Jordan is awesome. We have had a few glitches with our phones over the last few years. Both times Jordan figured it out. These were not easy fixes, but he stayed with it. He has a lot of patience and is a pleasure to work with.

I was referred by Customer Service to this local store to resolve password and other issues. While customers waited for a lengthy time, I observed several staff members go in and out of the back room. At another time, two staffers interviewed a potential employee in the lobby, while we waited and waited. At another juncture, three staffers stood at one station to help one customer. When I finally got connected with a staffer, she put me on the phone with Fraud Prevention. That's the department that told me to go to the store in the first place. In person agent was no help. There doesn't seem to be any sense of "service" in this store. No one greets a new arrival. Staffers shuffle around. Ignore us while we wait. Disinterested in helping. Later, on the phone with Customer Service again; agent told me the store should have and could have assisted me. I went across the street to T Mobile and opened an account.

Buyer beware! This store lies and is only interested in their commissions and not serving the customer. They took advantage of an active duty military person with no hesitation!

The staff at this store are wonderful. Vanessa spent over 2 hours on the phone with Verizon's phone-based customer service idiots so my family didn't have to pay for months of service my recently deceased dad didn't get to use. The charges were only $165 but Vanessa, a coworker of the idiots on the other end of the call, was left to wait over an hour on hold for the original rep's supervisor to pick up and answer her questions. The supervisor never picked up. Ultimately, the store manager agreed to credit dad's account but the cost would be borne by the store, not the company as a whole. I can't recommend a company that treats their own employees with such disregard, but I can certainly applaud the efforts of the staff in this location.

The folks at this store I believe are much better than the online tech-support. They solve the problems without up selling and they're quite nice. I've been using them since they opened it but at least five phones and two iPads from them I like these people.

The staff and manager are rude and not customer focuses. I tried to buy a prepaid phone, but they signed me up for an expensive monthly plan. I came to return the phone, well within the return period, but they refused to take the phone. They are just in for the commission. Avoid verizon and avoid this store

I checked their website to see if they had the phone I wanted in inventory. It was and I scheduled an appointment the same day. When I got there early I checked with the front person if they had the phone. Oh no we are all out! I got the phone via the website. So I identified the case I wanted and once again checked this website for availability. Apparently they have one so I attempted to do a store pick-up using this store's website and "this site doesn't do store pick-up's." So I attempted to schedule an appointment as I have done before and got into a loop between selecting a store even though I was scheduling from this store's website. Verizon websites can be confusing...

Poorly managed store and hours. Went in Sunday afternoon to upgrade 2 phones. After waiting for the guy to explain for 15 minutes how they couldn't help someone with their phone warranty, he got around to us. I said we'd like to upgrade 2 phones. He made a bunch of excuses about how long it takes to transfer data, yada yada yada, make an appointment etc etc. I would have just went to the Google store if I knew I was going to get excuses guy. Obviously they don't work on commission. I work in the communications sector IT, Network, Radios, Critical Infrastructure. I'm used to people who get things done, not have a preloaded list of reasons why they "can't do something." Also, why would you close early on weekends in a busy shopping center? If I've got customers or work to do, I'm making money. But I understand, these people aren't the brightest bulbs, that's why they're slinging phones instead of burgers.

New customers here. What a nasty service! We switched from T-mobile after being with them for 12 plus years because we had no service for over 2 weeks and NO ONE wanted to really look into issues. Finally, we've had enough and decided to go with Verizon. So far, nothing but issues. And every time we come into the store, there are always an excuse like "we don't do this" or "we don't do that" or "you need to call them", etc. What do these so-called employees are supposed to be doing? And their multiple managers that dont communicate with one another? Walk around with their phones and tablets and pretend they work? I am SO disappointed!
