“Pleasanton Glen is an excellent place to live! The central location to Downtown Pleasanton is ideal, and the complex has great amenities. The pools and gym are always clean. The grounds are well kept. The units are spacious for Bay Area living.

In addition, the staff is tremendously helpful and will always make sure you're taken care of. They are patient and communicative. After two years at this complex, it was hard to say good-bye.”

“I had an emergency request, the kitchen sink had backed up, water filled both sinks and was flowing onto the floor. Cameron contacted maintenance immediately and in a very short time, Gill arrived. He suctioned the sink and dried the floor, pulled out the appliances, dried the floor beneath them and then snaked the drain. He was very courteous, professional and efficient. He did a great job!”

Outstanding Experience with Darren

I had an excellent experience touring an apartment with Darren, and I couldn’t be more grateful for how professional, patient, and attentive he was throughout the entire process. As a parent touring for my kids & I, it meant a lot to have a property manager who was not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and understanding of our needs as a family.

Darren took the time to thoroughly walk us through the apartment, clearly explaining the features, layout, and amenities, and he made sure all of my questions were answered without ever making me feel rushed. He was very respectful, friendly, and approachable, which immediately put me at ease. He also did a great job highlighting aspects of the property that would be especially beneficial for a family, which showed that he truly listens and cares.

What stood out most was Darren’s professionalism combined with his warm personality. He created a welcoming and comfortable environment during the tour, making the experience feel smooth and stress-free. “Overall, this is a really nice apartment. I have lived here for a year, and unfortunately I am leaving for personal reasons. The staff are all wonderful and helpful. The resident portal app is really helpful to get in touch with the maintenance staff. Lupe has been helpful through out the stay. Guillermo is an amazing and a great help. He has helped me throughout my settling in and with my overall needs. He always been helpful and kind when I had any issues.I would come back here to stay. I guess the only issue I had living there is just the out dated kitchen cabinets and drawers, and my bathroom vent smelled of nicotine.The area is wonderful, the park across the way is very convenient.”

Ellias in community relations always responds quickly to my building questions too and even helped me out when I lost my keys as well. I was able to recover them and they held them in their office for safe keeping, they are very friendly!”

“My wife and I have lived here since 2020. We started in a single bedroom unit and had our first child prompting us to move across the hall to a 2 bedroom unit.
Our experience with the Presidio has been overwhelmingly positive. Andrew, Indah, and their team are the best management we've seen come through this place since we have been here. Our dogs love stopping by the front office for dog treats and pets and its always a warm and welcoming environment.
If I had to name the single top reason to live here, it would be the amenities and the nature. The covered pool, BBQ area, and outdoor pool have all been renovated. The walking spaces between the buildings is green green green and extremely well kept. The entire property is walled/fenced/gated and assuming you don't get an apartment directly facing Walnut, there is nothing but peace and quiet. When you pull in the gate, you are home.
The maintenance staff is friendly and prompt. They show up for requests often same day.
We have reported a noisy roof fan, a dripping tub, clogged toilets, plugged drains and a handful of other things that are inevitable when living anywhere. The maintenance team always shows up promptly and resolves it.

All in all, its a great place to live. Very family friendly and quiet.”

I was just wondering if it was ok for my kids to fish here for a few hours. I will make sure that they respect the property and leave it cleaner than they found it. I’ve lived here for almost 4 years now and have absolutely loved it. The management is great. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, it’s fulfilled in a reasonable couple days since submission.
The security is a decent balance of safe and user friendly (we use Latch to unlock our doors and garage). I occasionally hear of/experience mishaps in the package lockers, however I get packages regularly and packages are only misplaced 1/100 times maybe and it’s generally due to delivery people rather than management.
The area is clean, I haven’t had any bug problems. I use the apartment gym daily and I see the cleaning people going through cleaning regularly.
This apartment feels more like a nice hotel than a home sometimes, in the best way.

I really wanted to move just to shake things up but after searching hard for another apartment, I just couldn’t find another with the same reputation, cleanliness, price, and walking distance to so much (boba, bart, mall, Safeway, target, 99ranch, savers, fitness19, etc)
I 1000% recommend living here.”
