“I had an emergency request, the kitchen sink had backed up, water filled both sinks and was flowing onto the floor. Cameron contacted maintenance immediately and in a very short time, Gill arrived. He suctioned the sink and dried the floor, pulled out the appliances, dried the floor beneath them and then snaked the drain. He was very courteous, professional and efficient. He did a great job!”
“I brought my Mom by today because she is apartment hunting in Livermore. Ashley was so knowledgeable and upbeat. You can tell she loves the property that she represents. My Mom immediately filled out the application and made her deposit…sold! Ha! I’m looking forward to having my Mom so close by and in such a beautiful apartment and community.”

“Maintenance and the building staff are extremely quick and helpful. Ellias in community relations always responds quickly to my building questions too and even helped me out when I lost my keys as well. I was able to recover them and they held them in their office for safe keeping, they are very friendly!”
“Overall, this is a really nice apartment. I have lived here for a year, and unfortunately I am leaving for personal reasons. The staff are all wonderful and helpful. The resident portal app is really helpful to get in touch with the maintenance staff. Lupe has been helpful through out the stay. Guillermo is an amazing and a great help. He has helped me throughout my settling in and with my overall needs. He always been helpful and kind when I had any issues.I would come back here to stay. I guess the only issue I had living there is just the out dated kitchen cabinets and drawers, and my bathroom vent smelled of nicotine.The area is wonderful, the park across the way is very convenient.”

“Ive been living at Aster since 2021. I have generally been satisfied. Is it perfect? no, ive had some situations with management (like MY car getting towed ? but not others when there was a parking policy change). Generally im content here, location is great, everything is conveniently nearby, a great sushi restaurant in the building basically, one medicine for primary care, and even a gym F45. My annoyances are more with the residents that don't follow rules particularly when it comes to garbage disposal :-/ and pet owners that let their dogs pee right by the doors or even inside ?, that smell lingers but thats not managements fault.
The apartments are nice. The building could definitely use some upgrades and hopefully management will invest to improve the property. A carpet washing for the common areas / corridors in whole building would be a good start.
Overall 4/5 experience.”

“I was looking at the apartments over here and my two sons, (13 and 11 years old) are in love with fishing. It's all they ever do! I was just wondering if it was ok for my kids to fish here for a few hours. I will make sure that they respect the property and leave it cleaner than they found it. Just wanted to make sure that it was ok.”

“Pleasanton Glen is an excellent place to live! The central location to Downtown Pleasanton is ideal, and the complex has great amenities. The pools and gym are always clean. The grounds are well kept. The units are spacious for Bay Area living.
In addition, the staff is tremendously helpful and will always make sure you're taken care of. They are patient and communicative. After two years at this complex, it was hard to say good-bye.”
