“We have lived at here for nearly 4 years and have seen this complex through numerous staffing changes. The one constant (and truly spectacular) staff member through it all has been Cesar. He is consistently so responsive, thorough, and professional. It's only once you've experienced less than satisfactory rental maintenance that you really, truly appreciate how lovely it is to never have to sweat something going wrong. The grounds are maintained well and for the most part the community is safe and clean- we are happy with the complex overall.”

“We had toured a few apartment complexes in the Tri-Valley area and chose Connolly Station in the end. First of all, location. It is across the street from Bart, close to the freeway and walkable to nearby shopping. The property appears to be maintained and tended to with a high standard. The staff from the sales agents to maintenance to admin were all very courteous professional. The property is also very quiet and peaceful for a 300+ unit building. The neighbors are friendly and I can tell that they enjoy living here. Also we noticed a large amount of solar panels on the roof. It’s nice to know that alternative energy technology is part of this building. Having mini split heat pumps in all rooms is also nice to have. They are energy efficient compared to central HVAC.The devil is in the details and the professionals that manage this property have the details covered. We are happy to Connolly home.”

“Moved in about a year and a half ago, and I must honestly say that this place is great. Very quiet and the office manager Angie is the very best . Whatever issue I've had like a blown out bub or anything else they takecare of it right away. Great place to live.”

“I want to start by saying Mandy the property manager is very efficient, friendly, understanding, and thorough. She takes care of concerns right away and doesn't procrastinate or give me the run around. Honestly a great person. Now the complex itself has its pros as well. Firstly the location is superb. Within walking distance of Broadway Plaza, Movie Theatre, and other eateries/shops. The complex isn't very large but it stays clean. Donald, the maintance man is great as well. Repairs/upgrades are done within 24 hrs or less. He's friendly and checks up to ensure tenants are comfortable. The only downside would have to be parking, since the complex isn't huge there is only 1 parking space per unit with no additional parks for guests. Not a huge concern but may be a deal breaker for some. Overall the pros definitely outweigh the cons. If you're looking for a clean and quiet complex this is it!”

I was just wondering if it was ok for my kids to fish here for a few hours. I will make sure that they respect the property and leave it cleaner than they found it. “I lived at Canyon Creek for six years. During that time, I never had any problems or complaints. Management and maintenance responded promptly if I needed anything. The complex was quiet—very few, if any, issues that I can think of. Shaun and Royia are great. It’s a very nice place to live.”
