“Pleasanton Glen is an excellent place to live! The central location to Downtown Pleasanton is ideal, and the complex has great amenities. The pools and gym are always clean. The grounds are well kept. The units are spacious for Bay Area living.

In addition, the staff is tremendously helpful and will always make sure you're taken care of. They are patient and communicative. After two years at this complex, it was hard to say good-bye.”

Outstanding Experience with Darren

I had an excellent experience touring an apartment with Darren, and I couldn’t be more grateful for how professional, patient, and attentive he was throughout the entire process. As a parent touring for my kids & I, it meant a lot to have a property manager who was not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and understanding of our needs as a family.

Darren took the time to thoroughly walk us through the apartment, clearly explaining the features, layout, and amenities, and he made sure all of my questions were answered without ever making me feel rushed. He was very respectful, friendly, and approachable, which immediately put me at ease. He also did a great job highlighting aspects of the property that would be especially beneficial for a family, which showed that he truly listens and cares.

What stood out most was Darren’s professionalism combined with his warm personality. He created a welcoming and comfortable environment during the tour, making the experience feel smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants residents to feel confident and happy in their decision.

“I've lived at this complex for about 6 years now and I've always enjoyed living here because I love the grounds and the location. The only issue I've ever had was with the old management and I know that's a sentiment that has been echoed in other reviews complaining about management, but the management recently changed and I felt compelled to leave a review of my own praising the new managers. They are so professional and personable especially in comparison to the old manager guadelupe who was very rude and unpleasant to interact with. Margarita and James have done a wonderful job fixing the issues that guadelupe left them and it's truly a pleasure and a huge relief that they decided to change the management and bring them on to run the complex. They are so much kinder and have made my experience living here a lot more peaceful knowing that I can come to them with any concerns or questions without having to leave the interaction feeling uneasy and upset. Margarita is truly a ray of sunshine and I'm so incredibly happy and relieved that they brought her on to manage the place. She and James do a wonderful job. I know there are a lot of bad reviews on here about management being an issue but now that the management team has changed that issue is no longer present and I would encourage anyone considering renting a unit here should go ahead and move on in! As someone who's been a long time resident at this complex I personally love living here and plan on staying as long as they'll have me. It's a great community with lots of families and beautiful grounds that really feels like home.”

“I've lived at The Ranch all together for 16 years now.First it started on the family side madd good friends over the years some are still here. Quite neighborshood and still growing. Convenient location thats what I loved about being here everything, was within reach, The parks, The Restaurants, shopping ? outlets Dog parks. Just so much to do.Fun Fun. There is the Family side of 300 units and there is 55 plus senior side of 300. Under new management lot of healthy, young changes took place ,in my opinion, brightning up the community alot more. Some folks just got so accustomed to certain ways without flexibility. Landscaping is beautiful! High fives to Mrs. Enos and Mr Garcia for all their hard work and efforts to make the community work together ❤️ ?”

“Maintenance and the building staff are extremely quick and helpful. Ellias in community relations always responds quickly to my building questions too and even helped me out when I lost my keys as well. I was able to recover them and they held them in their office for safe keeping, they are very friendly!”

“My wife and I have lived here since 2020. We started in a single bedroom unit and had our first child prompting us to move across the hall to a 2 bedroom unit.
Our experience with the Presidio has been overwhelmingly positive. Andrew, Indah, and their team are the best management we've seen come through this place since we have been here. Our dogs love stopping by the front office for dog treats and pets and its always a warm and welcoming environment.
If I had to name the single top reason to live here, it would be the amenities and the nature. The covered pool, BBQ area, and outdoor pool have all been renovated. The walking spaces between the buildings is green green green and extremely well kept. The entire property is walled/fenced/gated and assuming you don't get an apartment directly facing Walnut, there is nothing but peace and quiet. When you pull in the gate, you are home.
The maintenance staff is friendly and prompt. They show up for requests often same day.
We have reported a noisy roof fan, a dripping tub, clogged toilets, plugged drains and a handful of other things that are inevitable when living anywhere. The maintenance team always shows up promptly and resolves it.

All in all, its a great place to live. Very family friendly and quiet.”

I’ve lived here for almost 4 years now and have absolutely loved it. The management is great. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, it’s fulfilled in a reasonable couple days since submission.
The security is a decent balance of safe and user friendly (we use Latch to unlock our doors and garage). I occasionally hear of/experience mishaps in the package lockers, however I get packages regularly and packages are only misplaced 1/100 times maybe and it’s generally due to delivery people rather than management.
The area is clean, I haven’t had any bug problems. I use the apartment gym daily and I see the cleaning people going through cleaning regularly.
This apartment feels more like a nice hotel than a home sometimes, in the best way.

I really wanted to move just to shake things up but after searching hard for another apartment, I just couldn’t find another with the same reputation, cleanliness, price, and walking distance to so much (boba, bart, mall, Safeway, target, 99ranch, savers, fitness19, etc)
I 1000% recommend living here.”
