“Wow, my second time dealing with B&S Hacienda - the first was at San Ramon location - and the experience couldn't have been better. Starting with my service advisor Claudia who was keeping me up to date and providing reassurances when the insurance got difficult to work with, to the shop estimator Kashka who was there to relentlessly negotiate with the insurance to fully cover the repair costs and answer my very technical questions and finally service technicians who did beautiful job so that it looks like it just left the showroom floor. Truly a five star experience that customers expect and deserve!”

Ted was very professional and made sure this was taken care of the right way. Once I find the ding on my wife's car I'm taking it to them to get it fixed. “Great experience, the gentlemen that helped me is very knowledgeable, and all of the vehicles are professionally restored, some are stock and some were tastefully modified or " resto-mod" < not sure if that is the correct term, but in any case if the vehicle is for sale there it had to make the cut.”

“Pleasanton hand car wash did a great job on my car recently. I had parked under a tree in downtown Pleasanton overnight and, the next morning, I found my car covered in tree sap!! Please see the pictures of before and after. It was so bad that I thought I was going to need a new paint job. I drove straight to the car wash and discussed situation with the owner of the car wash. He said it was very important to get the sap removed immediately to avoid any damage. He got my car right in to get it washed and did some extra treatments to get all the sap off. They were super nice and responsive, and the results were awesome!! I would highly recommend this place!”
