“I recently purchased a used Porsche Boxster that needed some work. When I brought the car in for service. I was greeted by two very friendly people. I spoke to Ken (owner) and I immediately could tell I went to only place to service my Boxster; Ken is extremely knowledgeable with Porsches, and I assume all of the other European cars his shop works on. A few days later I went in to pick up my car, I was again greeted by Ken and his associate, I think his name may be Mike, and again top-notch service. Mike explained all the work that was done to my car and now pay the bill. I have to say, with all the work that was done, I was expecting a much larger bill than I was presented with.
I will say to everyone reading this post, in the Tri Valley area, for excellent, reliable maintenance on your European car, take it to SAS German Auto. I promise you will be happy you did. It is worth the drive to Pleasanton.

“I can’t recommend Santa Rita Auto enough. I work at a hospital near Santa Rita Auto, and Jose is honestly one of the sweetest, kindest people you could ever meet.
I’ve been going to him for about a year and a half now and he’s done everything on my car, brakes, rotors, engine flushes, oil changes, you name it. As a female, it can sometimes feel difficult to be taken seriously at auto shops, but Jose has always treated me with complete respect. He listens, explains things clearly, and never makes me feel uncomfortable or unsure.
Before this, I used to go to dealerships where I’d wait 8+ hours just for an oil change and the prices were ridiculous. With Jose, I know I’m getting a fair deal, honest work, and my car is in great hands. Most of the time he’s done with my car within 1–2 hours, which is amazing, especially with my schedule.
He’s incredibly accommodating, trustworthy, and just an all around great person. I highly highly recommend him, not just for women, but for anyone who relies on their car daily and wants quality service without the stress.”
“Owners Lori and Shawn were extremely friendly and helpful. Lori helped me call my insurance glass vendor, waited on hold a long time on a Friday afternoon with me and helped me file my glass claim. I was given an appointment the same day of my insurance approval and my windshield was replaced and recalibrated in about 2 hours. This includes removing the glass, clearing out all the old adhesive and bonded material which the tech/installer was very thorough to do. All staff are very helpful and easy to communicate with. They have an outdoor table with umbrella, free wifi and chairs inside if you need to work while you wait. Their quote was slightly lower to another quote I received nearby through Yelp but I did have to go through insurance anyway due to the recalibration cost. Seem like genuine folks and seeing that the owners are so involved made me want to give them a try. Would gladly recommend them to a friend or family member.”

“I recently went to Crash Champions Collision Repair after my car was hit right outside my community, and I arrived feeling stressed and in a bad mood. But my experience changed quickly thanks to the staff there. The lady at the front desk (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) was incredibly patient and took the time to explain each step of the repair process, even when I felt too overwhelmed to think clearly.
Their team was professional, efficient, and completed the work even one day ahead of the expected date. They replaced my front bumper and lights, and the results were excellent. At the very end, they even polished my car! When I picked it up, it looked like a brand-new vehicle. I was really happy and felt so lucky I chose them.

“Fantastic experience with these guys. I just moved to Pleasanton and then my transmission went out. I have a good friend in Modesto who owns a transmission shop. I called them to ask if the price I was given from Pleasanton Transmission was reasonable. He told me that it was actually surprisingly low, and I needed to be sure that everything was included. It turns out that everything was indeed included. Very fair prices, and they seem to have done a great job with my transmission repair!
The owner came to me afterwards and shook my hand and thanked me for my business.
No complaints whatsoever and their professionalism made a really bad situation a lot more tolerable.”

“Partner slammed the sideview mirror into a pipe while parking (when did that pipe get there?!) and the plastic cover came loose. Went over to tri valley around 8:30am on a Wednesday, they were working on 1 car but it wasn't too busy otherwise. Jeronimo right away came out and popped the cover pieces back on (he needed a little tool, so I'm glad I didn't try to do it myself). Good sense of humor, I'll remember 100 dollar tips next time He didn't charge me at all, was in and out in 10 minutes without an appointment. Thanks for your help, Jeronimo!”

“Been here a couple times and blown away by the honesty and excellent customer service. My first visit was for a clunking and looseness in the steering column of my mom’s Hyundai Elantra. These guys knew what it was right away and ordered and replaced the part fixing the problem. Again I came back in because while doing a DIY spark plug replacement on my Mazda I dropped a bolt into the engine bay and was unable to retrieve it. I called up this shop and they said to bring my car in so they could help me out. I showed up without an appointment and they put my car up on the lift to inspect it. Although they were unable to retrieve the bolt they ensured it didn’t fall in an area that could do any harm to the car. They added a new bolt and re-installed back lower body panel together parts I had removed looking for the bolt. I also brought up Mazda recommending rear brakes to my car and they said that’s not necessary as I still have plenty of brake pad life left. They have earned a customer and I’ll be coming back here for my car maintenance and repairs now. They’re knowledgeable, honest, and pricing is far better than dealership.”
