“This is my favorite place. They have come through on more than 1 occasion when other Enterprise branches have failed me. I called from another branch (Tracy), who let me go all the way there after reserving a car only to say they didn't have one. The guy said no problem leave now and I will stay late to wait for you and find you something and he did. That's customer service. When I got a Mini Van at another branch and was never going to drive a Mini Van, this branch let me drive it there and trade it for something my speed. They are friendly and professional. Juan even helped me figure out the Bluetooth connection before I left. 100% my go-to Enterprise car rental, and I live in Patterson. Excellent group of people. Dont waste time. Go straight to the best! Thank you, Pleasanton Enterprise!”

“Experience at the Avis was good. The lady at the counter was soft speaking, helpful, and made the process to taking the rental car easier as it can get. We were in and out in 2 mins apart from waiting for 5 mins. Only thing I noticed is the $200 deposit fee that they are charges to rent a car added to the rental cost. It felt like they don’t trust us. I asked whether they would not charge this if we are a member but she said no it’s for everyone. Guess they don’t trust the customer anymore. I guess that’s their policy and it applies for everyone so I am not complaining just letting it known. But i felt they don’t trust us for just a moment. Anyways it’s good I will go again.”

“Had a positive experience reserving a full-size SUV for our Tahoe trip. The front desk representative was helpful, and we appreciated the flexibility to pick up on Saturday. Unfortunately, our plans were disrupted by weather conditions, leading us to reschedule our trip to March. We had to return the SUV on Monday, and despite this change, the process was smooth. We don't understand the negative reviews, as our overall experience was good. Looking forward to our rescheduled trip in March with another rental from this location.”
