“I choose this location because I saw good reviews on websites. I rent a vehicle for a week but unfortunately due to an accident I hurt my ankle, I have no choice but return the car 2 days early. The manager & staffs really listened & go beyond to meet my requirements. This location provides complimentary pick up & drop off services, due to my special condition & upon my special request, they sent someone to pick up the car from the place I stayed. This location is not only doing business but providing an excellent & professional customer service. I definitely will come back in the future.”

“I had a rental from my insurance company at a different location, but it disappeared when transferred to the Fremont location. I was asked to contact my agent, but I only got voice-mail. In the meantime, Vivian contacted my insurance company and was arranging the new authorization. I was so impressed by her professionalism and efficiency. She then walked me through picking out the car and encouraged making a video of the car inspection. Amazing customer service. Everyone there was very nice, but they are lucky to her there, and I'm surprised a corporation doesn't hire her away.”

Tony is super efficient, finds you the best deals, maintains good car inventory, solves any issues on the spot, great communication. That’s amazing service to customers coming in. I can’t thank Tony enough for helping me every time my car breaks down, then I contact him to get me a rental. He treats you like family, very pleasant to talk to, start to finish. All cars are well maintained, clean, reliable so I know I’m in good hands. I ended up at this location after a very bad experience with Enterprise last year after my car collision. It was my daughter Tracee who told me to go try AVIS in Fremont Central Ave. I even had a long term rental last year with them, best SUV (no issues), just an amazing experience overall. We all know moving is stressful especially when you are doing everything yourself, and Elizabeth helped me get the truck on the spot a day earlier.
