Super helpful and friendly staff. They helped me with shipping a document internationally. Might sound simple, but it came with a few hiccups, which the folks here helped me navigate with grace. Thank you!

Fedex folks especially their delivery people are super nice. But at this location they are not. People behind the desk do not greet you and they never use pleasant gesture or conversations to make you feel appreciated. I have been to this location 5 times (usually empty lobby) and act the same.

I have been to this location about 4 or 5 times recently and each time has been great! I did not catch the one lady (she has blonde hair) who has helped me almost every time, but she is extremely pleasant!
This last time my package was an absolute mess and I was running behind. The lady working was named Lynette and she was so wonderful! She knew I was a little stressed about my package and she calmy helped me and even discussed the best rate for me! Lynnette went above and beyond to take care of me and made me feel like a valued customer!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I just had to take a moment to shout out Lynnette at FedEx! Every time I visit, she goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. She’s always so friendly and approachable, and I really appreciate that she takes the time to chat and make the whole process feel personal. Whether I’m dropping off or picking up a package, it’s always a breeze when she’s there. She truly makes my visits enjoyable, and I can’t recommend her enough for her exceptional service! It was so good to see her at the pleasant shipping center. Keep up

Very unprofessional employees too rude to customers doesn’t really know how to do. The customer service I’ve been going there several times and anytime I had very bad experience with them. They always don’t really know how to time manage and don’t really respond respectfully. I would like the FedEx office to please bring a little bit tension and work with their employees in this branch😕😕

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this FedEx location. The person at the counter was rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Instead of being helpful, he made the entire process difficult and uncomfortable. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service, especially when people rely on FedEx for important shipments. I hope management takes steps to ensure better treatment of customers in the future. I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

I think they have my ID but FedEx has no way to actually call that store to ask if they have it. Literally, no way to call them.

I came here with a last minute order. My close family member had passed away and I needed to print a large order of funeral programs same day. I was an emotional wreck, but I was met with such kindness I almost cried in the shop. I was lucky that Jammie was behind the counter because she so gently guided me through the process, step by step to get the service expedited, then checking to make sure the printing quality was exactly as I wanted. I could barely hold myself together and I’m so grateful to Jammie for her thorough attention to detail to help me have a beautiful program pamphlet and to her gentle handing of me. It was an extra-ordinary experience.
