There's a mandatory parking fee imposed $10 / day that I was not aware of. And my room was not ready even though I arrived at 4:30pm and check-in is at 3pm and I had already confirmed check-in online 24 hours ahead.

We bring 4 big luggages, but no lift at all. Room cleaning not everyday. There is no hotel ammenites. So tootbrush, no shower cup etc
