The tcg community there is very fun to be around and are always helpful with any questions one might have. The atmosphere is very chill and inviting and is a great place to hang out and meet new people. I personally play one piece at their locals and have met a lot of great people who have become friends. Would recommend this local shop to any who are around the Bay Area.”

“My brother and I came in randomly on a coffee run and came across Mantiques. 2 49ers jackets caught my brothers eyes. Coming back 2 more times, he finally decided on bringing these 2 jackets home. These guys have a great treasure box of everything you can think of. They also have a great welcoming set of door open to anyone passing by. “I would recommend TAP Plastics to everyone! David, Mike, and team were so very polite, helpful, and extremely skilled in helping us to get our Indian Idol of Lord Ganesh mounted onto a new base, and framed with a transparent structure.

They spent a lot of time perfectly taking measurements, taking the idol off of its original mounting which was very very hard to do, then mounting the idol onto a new plastic white platform made by TAP Plastics, and then encasing it with a clear plastic cube (also made by TAP Plastics). They presented the idol with a very modern and clean look - which is what we wanted - simple and elegant. Everyone tells us, the idol looks better than the original encasing it came in. Very grateful to the team - thank you so much!

“I came in having trouble finding a challenging item. I had been to several stores with no success. Upon entering Michael's, I was greeted by an associate. He then gave me details on some of the places I could look in the store for inspiration. After some browsing I asked another associate where to find a specific animal. I walked to the isle and grabbed the exact item I needed. Upon check out I asked for an associate instead of self check because that is what I prefer. The associate who checked me out was fast, friendly, and able to answer my questions about merchandise. I left feeling wonderful. I am a very happy customer who will gladly return again. The store was clean, organized, well stocked, and items were easy to find. This store is being managed very well!”

“There is a lot here for every hobby! From warhammer, to paints, to card games (i.e. magic, lorcana, ect) to board games, and dnd and other figures. Very nice atmosphere and welcoming vibe. The workers and store manager are very knowledgeable about anything you ask from them, so wonderful for new hobbyists!”

“My name is Ivan and I can confidently, unequivocally say that galaxy games is a true home away from home. I started playing magic the gathering again about two years ago and I went to Galaxy to try and play a couple games for the first time in years thanks to the pandemic. I was extremely scared and nervous because I was new and I clearly wasn’t as experienced and knowledgeable as some of the other players. But when I sat down at a table with some of the regulars I met some of the kindest, well spirited and funny people there. I was actually atrocious at the game however they welcomed my mistakes with open arms. I never have felt so comforted playing a game that I love quite like I have at galaxy. They have the widest array of board games, card games and more nerdy accessories galore. The people and regulars here are some of the best people ever. A major part of galaxy games for me though besides the customers are the staff. Kellen, Steve and Nico are truly fantastic. Plenty of my friends have gone to the store and I’ve never heard anything negative about any of them. They are all so great and I could go on and on however nobody would want to read all of that. So I’ll say this. Wherever you are it is truly an experience more than a game store. The people I’ve met, the games I’ve played, and the stories I have from Galaxy I will remember and cherish forever. Every week I make it not just a habit but a reward to walk the mile and a half from my house to galaxy just for this. So take it from me and just make the trip, trek or commute to Galaxy Games.”

“One of the biggest assortment of Magic: The Gathering on this side of the bay, and at a very good price (I would say the lowest).

They also have a lot of collectibles (specially Funkos), and accessories like play mats, card sleeves, boxes, etc.

The people there is very friendly and they're always there to help you with your questions.

I always enjoy my time there.
