“Veronica is amazing! She’s so personable and knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me. She explained all my options and brought out samples so I can look at different shades and colors. She is very professional! I’m happy I got to work with her.”

“I have always had a much better experience at this Lowe's than Home Depot. I came in for lumber and the lady at the register mentioned they were short staffed but someone would be with me in a few minutes. The gentleman who came to help, not only helped get the 12 ft pieces off the bay, but helped cut, and walk out and load other bulky items I purchased into the truck. The customer service was top notch and greatly appreciated.”

“Had the product I was looking for. Associates were very helpful. Self-checkout was a breeze. This store is far from where I live, but, with service like today, I might need to travel a bit further. Keep up the good work”

“Wow! Friendly helpful customer service is still alive! We had to go to 4 different Home Depot's for all our window blinds. Judy at the Livermore store is exceptional! Thank you for double checking our measurements, cutting and assisting us with our blinds. The Stockton store and Christian at the Elk Grove store really helped trying to find us all the correct sizes at other stores. The Florin Rd store clerk kept my receipt for me when I forgot it! And she was friendly & nice too This long review is just for being so happily surprised!”

“1st time bad experience, Delivered wrong color and bad quality gravels (mixed or crushed instead of clean). But I came to the store to complain the cashier name SAID who is very polite and efficient listen my complaint and fixed it on the spot. That’s why I changed my mind to gave 4 stars from 1. 1st time when I came to order the items. took too much time and not listened and addressed the customers request properly. It means, all depends who is the person you are dealing with and how much experience that person has that ultimately makes a big impact on store’s credibility. I’m happy with cashier SAID and with the store overall. Clean store and people.”
