“The best service , I have ever received in this store. I rushed late at night to pick up a counter top grill. Cashiers were very helpful. Antonio who helped me carry the grill to my car and help with propane tank absolutely amazing.thanks Antonio and the two female cashiers who help on 7/3/26 around 9:30 pm. Keep up the good work.”

“I have always had a much better experience at this Lowe's than Home Depot. I came in for lumber and the lady at the register mentioned they were short staffed but someone would be with me in a few minutes. The gentleman who came to help, not only helped get the 12 ft pieces off the bay, but helped cut, and walk out and load other bulky items I purchased into the truck. The customer service was top notch and greatly appreciated.”

But I came to the store to complain the cashier name SAID who is very polite and efficient listen my complaint and fixed it on the spot. That’s why I changed my mind to gave 4 stars from 1.
1st time when I came to order the items. took too much time and not listened and addressed the customers request properly. It means, all depends who is the person you are dealing with and how much experience that person has that ultimately makes a big impact on store’s credibility. “I highly recommend Bay Home & Window! I recently moved into a new house and needed help figuring out coverings for all the windows. It was very easy to schedule a consultation and they were very helpful and quite fast from the original in home consultation to finishing the installation, considering how large the project was.
