“The plants here are awesome! They looked so healthy when we got them, and we snagged a Christmas tree on December 10th that was just bursting with life. The price of the tree was $70, but they had 25% off, so we had our luck! Can you believe it's already January 13th, and that tree still hasn't shed a single leaf? :-D This place is great, I love coming here. They have such a wide variety of plants and flowers, and they always have everything I need to take care of my own plants. Plus, the store is so well-organized, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful.”

However, I was truly impressed by the owner's prompt response and genuine effort to resolve the situation. They took the time to call me personally, listen to my concerns, and explained how there was a gap in communication, and offered to resolve the installation issue by having someone come back to check the installation.I'm happy to report that the shades are nicely installed and functional. This experience completely changed my perspective. Mistakes indeed happen occasionally and what differentiates good businesses is their ability to fix the problem. They truly care about their customers and are committed to providing a positive experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for installing blinds or windows.”

“We had our second floor house addition done . As we were shopping around we discovered contractor warehouse HD supply . While we visited Santa Clara , the closest to our house was Hayward. The price was right and we had to order door, windows , bath tub , toilets , shower door. If any one has done a large home addition you would know how challenging it could be to place large orders. We placed 22 windows, with 22 door and a lot more. It wasn't easy until Shirley stepped in to help us and sort our order. She spent hrs ensuring our order was correct and placed on time. She went above and beyond her line of duty to ensure we were satisfied. She did not stop there she also gave us her direct contact and email if we had any further questions. If there were open it she followed through email or phone call. Having Shirly at contractor warehouse was like have someone backing you in your construction project and she took away most of our headache . Even when we received our order and we had issues with couple of window , she again stepped in sort it out for us. We never had to follow up, she alway took the initiative to follow through . We come to rely on Shirley to the level I could send my son to pick stuff from contractor warehouse knowing Shirley will get him the right size/ style/ color/ design . Had it not been for here I probably wouldn't have purchased all this from Contractor warehouse. Thanks Shirley!”

“Easy to find what you need but first open the app on your phone and type in what you need for easy information in which aisle it is , it saves time . After Covid prize are bit high with all the materials and tools like everywhere but you can still have them.”

“Came here a couple of days ago with my girlfriend to purchase some lumber for a project that we had in mind at home. Was immediately met by Rigo (sorry if I misspelled this) who's customer service was exceptional. Told him the project we had in mind, and he went above and beyond with helping us choose the materials needed. Spent the time to go over details and listened to all the questions we had. “Most times ok, but their Customer Service when it comes to Special Orders is horrible. I had to call each time after the date that was given for my item to arrive to follow up. Just to find out it got there and not gotten a call 3 days later. They have improved”

“I had the mind-numbing task of making my elderly father's kitchen functional: sink, faucet, instahot thing, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and garbage disposal. My dad and his wife don't agree on a single frrakin' thing. They even fought which kind of faucet. So, compromises had to be by me. Poor home depot design associate, Cathy Stoik, was caught in the middle. What fabulous human being! Cathy worked with me through all of it. I cannot stress enough how wonderful and kind Cathy was through the process. I think she went above and beyond what most sales associates would have done. If you need appliances go see Cathy!”
