Ive had terrific experience at J.Jill in Stoneridge. I love the staff. They are always attentive and helpful. Twice they’ve found items for me from back stock that I thought I’d never find. If they are out of stock on an item, they find it for me. They are very professional!

The only clothes my sister will wear is from Jay. Jill. She recently lost 40 lb and we had to go in and get a new wardrobe for her!

I returned an online order today & tried on a few outfits. The staff treated me warmly and welcomed the return. A few years ago, I can say that I wasn't met with the same warmth for an online return. Great job, J Jill. Nice turnaround. Thank you for an attentive staff!
