There was not a bracelet that fit my small wrist that I liked, and was told I could exchange it for any other item in the store. Cheryl helped me and was very kind and patient and knowledgeable!! “Went on the hunt to two sentimental pieces fixed up. I had a hell of a time finding a silversmith but a local jeweler recommended this place as they only did platinum and gold rings. The place is unassuming and kind of cluttered at first sight but there are literal hidden gems everywhere. The store owner Scott knows his stuff! He's eccentric for sure but a brilliant craftsman and has a great passion for what he does. Once you get him talking, you understand how invested he is in his craft. Doesn't have conventional customer service skills but does have genuine joy when customers are happy with his work. And the price was reasonable. $30 for upsizing my ring and $20 for my other project. (Not posting as it is a gift). I left a very happy customer and will be back for a few of his custom pieces. If you are a thrifter, silver wearer or just love thing-a-mabobs, this place is for you!”
