I’m really disappointed, I bought a necklace this morning at Stoneridge mall store , and I tell to saleswoman is for a gift and she said , they don’t have boxes or any cute bag with the store name , looks like I spend my money in any festival stand and not and a respectable store .

I wish I had the names of the two women that were working yesterday because I had a wonderful experience. I had an issue with one of the earrings I bought about a week ago from Swarovski, and they went above and beyond to help me out & fix that issue. I really appreciate what they did for me, thank you!
