“Let me start with I'm the type of person who gets nervous about looking to buy in a fine jewelry store. I was at first coming here but I shortly after coming in, a sales person by the name of Bryant, came over and introduced himself. Bryant made all the difference. He was kind, knowledgeable, well spoken, and most important, he was passionate about his job and talking about the jewelry. He was especially excited to tell me about the pearls they have in store. His personality and chill personality made me feel welcome and not nervous at all. He kindly asked what kind of budget I was comfortable spending after I said I didn't want to spend too much. He then showed me options within my comfort zone while still keeping his passion and knowledge about the jewelry. I didn't have strong feelings one way or another about pearls, but after working with Bryant I can see some pearls in my future. 🙂 The jewelry is beautiful and the staff are great. I'll be looking for Bryant next time I'm looking for something pretty for myself.”

“I wanted to share my experience. My longtime Brighton store in Valley Fair store closed in April 2026, so I moved to the Stoneridge Pleasanton location as my base store. My first purchase was an order with Sandra (due to the item being unavailable in the store). In the past, I had always worked through Brighton Collectibles for online orders, so when I called the main 800 number there was a mix-up in them finding my order. The assistant manager, Sandra went up & above to help me find my order & update me of its status & tracking. She turned a frustrating situation around for me & I wanted to recognize her for her efforts in this.”
