“BevMo was a great experience while I was visiting California. I stopped in looking for a good wine, and Laura was absolutely awesome. She was pleasant, friendly, and very helpful in guiding me to a great selection.
Customer service like that really stands out. If I lived in the area, I would definitely return.”
“I have been shopping at this store and Pleasanton Safeway for years and years. I drive over from Fremont. Raley's Pleasanton and Safeway have both gone off the rails when it comes to price. They are the two most expensive grocery stores in the city. The last 6 months at each of these stores, I have noticed fewer and fewer shoppers. The aisles are unburdened--why? Because of the cost. I am sad to say that even though I can actually afford their prices, I refuse to pay them. Done with both!”
“Perry's Liquor is a great place to find hard to find top shelf liquor. Hands down great staff knowledge?. Can't really Go wrong by stopping by and looking for something.”
“Convenience/liquor store in an old strip mall. Nothing special about it, other than it's interesting history. On their signage, the word "Market" is set in what looks like a football shape, complete with laces. After doing some research, I discovered that this store was originally called "McElhenny Markets", and was owned by NFL player Hugh McElhenny, who played for the San Francisco 49ers from 1952-1960. The ownership has changed, but the football logo remains, all these years later. Just a little Pleasanton history/trivia for you! I've picked up a soda, snack or six pack here on occasion. Decent selection and service.”
“I’ve been coming here for many years. They always have exactly what I need or very close to it. I needed milk and I thought, hmm, they don’t have milk do they? So I called and they answered right away! No voice mail with press 1 for this, press 6 for that….It reminds me of how stores used to be. Just call and ask if they have whatever, and they will be able to tell you.
I live almost across the street from this store, and it’s so nice to have a place open late for almost anything you need. It’s clean, and they always ask me if I’m looking for something, and they point it out or they come over and show me (like with the milk recently, I couldn’t find it. It was right in front of me, but the clerk got it for me and brought it to the counter. ??
Thank you F&B!!”
“Came here on an off chance to see if I can find something for my bar at home and was pleasantly impressed by the vast selection of bourbon and beer S well as wine. Ended up buying Blantons along with couple of bottles of Eagle Rare. Will definitely come again”
“I had a really wonderful experience at Total Wine & More recently and wanted to give a shoutout to Brittany, the cashier who helped me. She was friendly, professional, and made the checkout process quick and easy. You can tell she actually cares about the customers coming through her line. She greeted me with a smile, chatted for a minute while ringing everything up, and made the whole visit feel a lot more welcoming than a typical retail stop. It’s small things like that which make a difference. Thanks Brittany for making my trip to Total Wine smooth and enjoyable.”
