The Indian woman, who I believe is the manager of the shoe department, is extremely rude. First she is constantly staring at me picking out shoes never offering for help. When I approach her I ask her for two sizes and she gives me attitude and says she will only bring one, I ask her for the black version instead of blue and she gave me attitude about that. I asked her for the matching shoe off the sale rack and she would not get it for me since I didn't try on only one shoe. Then when she finally decided to get me shoes to try on she told me I have to put the shoes back on display. It sounds mild, but she was extremely rude and ruined the shopping experience. Only after my transaction is when she decided to tell me I am not allowed to make a return. She was also very rude to her fellow coworker, an older lady being helpful.

Always a great shop and it has so many beautiful products. I always buy things from Macys online as well as going to the store. Since I have come to USA I keep buying things from macys for me and for my family. Their most priority is customer satisfaction, which I like the most. One of the best shop at stoneridge mall.

Yikes! Beware of foreign scammers on their customer service line. My order was cancelled without explanation. Then I get a call from "Macy's" from a number without caller ID. Still no reason for why the order was cancelled. I was told the only way to fix the order is to provide the caller with my personal and financial information. SCARY!!! Only buy in store or online where you have a very solid paper trial. I don't trust speaking with their customer service group ever again.

I am a regular customer at Macy's since ages, a platinum member too. Quality of clothes have gone very bad over time. Materials used are now very uncomfy.(looks nice n neat online). Worst thing is that return policy is just 30 days; might sound long enough. But its very hard to keep track if you are a frequent online buyer. I have a habit of buying 2 sizes of same dresses and return the other.I dont want to waste time trying at store. long story short, I am stopping my shopping at Macy's. Please improve the quality of clothing ;polyester, nylon ,spandex are very poor materials. Add more cotton combined clothings at a reasonable price.
