“I’m usually not fond of post offices due to the long lines and the unfriendly staff, but I had a wonderful experience yesterday at this particular Pleasanton location. I went in for a passport for my child and although I forgot an item, instead of turning me away, they were extremely understanding and accommodating. Hetal, the rep who helped me, was so sweet and full of smiles. She was helpful, knowledgeable and respectful of our time. Thank you Hetal! From now on, I will go out of my way to visit this location for all my post office needs!”

“Great service, convenient location I'm glad was not closed, though one time a package was not picked up from here (to be shipped) on the same day even though I dropped it off before the cutoff time. That was years ago and it's only happened once out of multiple times, so I think it's alright.”

“I've been to this office 2 times and always have stellar service from the staff. April has exceeded my expectations in both of my visits and has been patient with answering any additional questions I've had. In my visits, I only had a small piece of mail to send out, nothing too complicated, so didn't think much of what experience I'd get when being helped. I was thoroughly impressed and was greeted with the utmost hospitality. April is good at her job and making sure it is done right. She welcomed me to visit the office again and I'd gladly take the offer when I'm in the area with a mail errand.”

“I had a package rerouted for pickup at this location. Seeing other reviews I wasn’t sure I’d be able to actually receive the package here, but I was able to find the (fairly well hidden) parcel pickup door. You need to park in customer parking in the back (second entrance) and walk up to the pickup door which is located behind the loading dock in my photo. Once you ring the doorbell, staff will come out and help you get your package/mail.”

“Went during lunch on a random Tuesday and they had 3 people working which made the process very fast.
Also got tips from the clerk on priority mail which was very helpful!”
