My wife and I bought a Sleep Number bed and the customer service was amazing… until the 100-day trial ended. After that, we were on our own.
The bed itself is less comfortable than a cheap air mattress. We both wake up sore every single day. The company keeps saying the bed “takes time to get used to” and “needs to break in.” It’s supposed to last 20 years — it’s been 3 years, and it has been terrible from day one. Electrical features stop working randomly, too.
The problems don’t stop with the bed. We bought the $300 sheets, and they didn’t even last four months before falling apart. The pillows are trash as well. Honestly, every product we purchased from Sleep Number has felt like a scam.
And don’t be fooled by the in-store display models — the beds in the showroom are nothing like what gets delivered to your home.
Save your money. Please don’t purchase this bed or any of their products. We regret ever giving this company a chance.

The Downtown Dublin sign outside Sleep Number welcomes all visitors. It was too early to visit the store. Hopefully next time.

While I did go in having fully researched what I wanted online, there is nothing to replace actually lying on the beds and talking about the features to be certain your research was complete. Met a wonderful sales associate who made every effort to hover just outside of visual range so as to make us (wife and I) comfortable and to allow us to talk about our thoughts. We also weren't pressured to make a decision before leaving. We placed an order on the following day.

Although I like my mattress for the most part, a few things kept my experience from being a great one. A guy named Clay wouldn't help me with a couple simple requests:I needed to cancel the bed frame from my order, but instead of Clay going into the system himself and doing it within minutes-- he made me call customer service and wait for an hour and 15 minutes to make the cancellation. Also, the call dropped because of high call volume 4 times before they actually took my call. It was 5 hours of time wasted. FIVE HOURS.Also, there was a promotion where if you were referred by a previous customer they would give a $100 gift card to the person that referred you (in this case my father). But because my dad got his bed from a TV offer it wasn't valid? He didn't even try to help me out. He could have easily made a gift card for my father (in which I would never have even attempted to get one of these mattresses without him). Dude was just worthless, man

Brad was super helpful. We love our Sleep Number bed and always come here for all our bedding. Their new location on Dublin Blvd. is more convenient and brighter. We can't wait until we're ready for a new bed! This is definitely where we'll come first!

My husband and I are in the market for a new bed due to our current mattress being old and causing us aches and pains. I decided to come into Sleep Number and was greeted by the lovely Alexis who was absolutely delightful. She greeted me with a smile and for the entire duration of my visit (which was about 30-40 mins) she provided me with tons of information about the technology, the variety of mattresses, and had me try out the mattresses. The best part was visiting during their Labor Day sale where they had many deals on all of their products (mattresses, pillows, sheets, etc.)

Bed shopping is the worst!!! So many choices and options to consider. It’s a big investment of money and time. Brad and Alexis made this overwhelming process as smooth as any bed buying process could be. We are so so so grateful to have had them help us.Brad helped us initially and really took his time explaining all the different bed types and options. He didn’t put pressure on us to make a decision and was patient with us. He had an answer for all of our questions and explained everything we needed to know really well.Both Brad and Alexis helped us get our financing in order. They even called us to give us UNEXPECTED AND AWESOME news that they had a better promotion that we qualified for and that our sales price would be less than we expected. They helped us pick perfect sheets to purchase with some of the money we saved.They set up our delivery and kept us informed every step of the way. We stopped in a few times to look at their pillow selection and ended up buying two pillows with the rewards we incurred on our sleep iq app (which Alexis hammered into our brains to take advantage of).We have had a few issues with our bed and bedding and each time, these two have taken care of every need or problem we have had that same day. They never batted an eye and helped us find what solution would work best for us.We now just stop by the store just to say hi because we love these two so much for helping us find a bed and bedding that was comfortable. Most of all though, we stop by to see them just to say hi because they are such nice people. I would recommend these two to anyone looking for a bed.

My mom just had a stroke and when she returned home, we decided it was time to buy her a new sleep number. This was her second one, however the service has really declined. I made sure I paid for her to get delivery, set up, and haul away her old bed; I made sure it would be a smooth delivery as she is easily upset after her stroke. She is 81 years old and the delivery drivers left the old base in her backyard and said it wasn’t their equipment, so they won’t haul it away. What a horrible way to treat disabled and elderly people. Don’t buy from them! When you pay for haul away service, they should take care of it and do their jobs.
