She was friendly, professional, and made the checkout process quick and easy. You can tell she actually cares about the customers coming through her line. She greeted me with a smile, chatted for a minute while ringing everything up, and made the whole visit feel a lot more welcoming than a typical retail stop. “My one major vice is that I love cigars. The owner and staff here are amazing, they really know their stuff. The prices are the best in the Bay Area. They have an amazing lounge with 2 TVs for watching sports. My brother and I stumbled upon this place a few years back and I'm so glad we did.”
