“My husband was able to purchase the Minas Tirith set from this store, along with the Grond set. He would like to thank Jose and Sarah for providing a memorable in-store experience.”

“My husband and I Went to Build-A-Bear for the very first time this evening with our twins. They’re turning 1 this month, so we came in to get them some Birthday Bears. I was watching another family get their bear made and I over heard one of the workers named Leonardo helping them. I was super impressed on how He spoke with them while making their bear. He wasn’t just making a bear but was creating special memories for the family. I was excited because he was just finishing up helping them and was quick to help us right after. His energy was nothing but delightful, patient, caring and fun. I was also very impressed by the way He broke everything down and interacted with our twins. It honestly was a special time for my husband and myself recording our voices for the bears that our twins will always have with them. I appreciated his genuineness and care He took with every word and step in the whole process. You rock Leonardo! -Please know that your services make a difference in this world. Thank you! We will be back!”

“I go weekly to this place for ukulele lessons. Stan, my instructor is fabulous. I’ve owned my ukulele for probably 25 years and have attempted three different times to learn how to play it. Each time I was managing a difficult instructor who was absolutely lousy at teaching. Stan has got me really progressing amazingly. He’s very encouraging, very affordable, and just an all-around great guy. Plus the store he works out of is darling. I highly suggest you stop in and check it out.”

“A treasure hunt in a shop. I stopped by last week on a road trip and picked up more toys to add to my collection. There's a ton of cool items to look at and booths to dig through. Come by and check it out.”

“i see that a lot of the negative reviews mention the prices of the toys being too expensive and i just have to add my two cents. there’s a LE about 45 minutes from me, and their prices are pretty much the same as the one in san ramon. i don’t think the prices are too high at all, i think they’re extremely fair and also not always under the control of LE. for example, i go to LE purely for jellycats. jellycats are relatively expensive no matter where you buy them, but LE always has an amazing selection and the first time i ever went to the one in san ramon, i found a jellycat that has been retired for so long, and is very rare and hard to find, AND THEY WERE SELLING HIM FOR HIS RETAIL PRICE! that is amazing. just a different perspective”

“There is a lot here for every hobby! From warhammer, to paints, to card games (i.e. magic, lorcana, ect) to board games, and dnd and other figures. Very nice atmosphere and welcoming vibe. The workers and store manager are very knowledgeable about anything you ask from them, so wonderful for new hobbyists!”

“They have amazing stuff but as other reviews said despite of being inside an outlet a lot of merchandise still very expensive but oh the other hand you can find amazing deals and prices. The only problem are the sizes because you can find smaller or larger ones, it’s rare to find mediums.

I bought a 101 Dalmatians backpack in $13 which I think is amazing. There are cups and thermos under $15.

Staff aren’t as kind and helpful as the reviews affirm.”

“Very clean and well organized. Staff was actively cleaning and restocking shelves. Most of the products were for younger children. Most of the clothing was for girls.”

“Talk about a nostalgic trip! Knowing about this from a recent Toy Expo, we stopped by this location not knowing what to expect. It was a exactly what you would expect from those that love toys as much as us. There was so much to see and you had to move items to make sure you didn't miss a thing. There were folks in the store, laughing, hanging out and it made it seem so much more welcoming. There are cases of items as well as items just on shelves and we definitely got lost in time. When it came time to pay - they hooked it up with great prices and we really look forward to coming back to see what else we may have missed.”

“It baffles me why this place has one star reviews.

I too read all the one star reviews and was skeptical but I took a leap of faith and I'm glad I did.

I called in to see if they had the NUNA Exec car seat and spoke to Gina. She was very cordial over the phone and said she'd call back to check her inventory and I was on my way there regardless to peruse what they had. Ironically she called me back as soon as I stepped into the store. The store itself is very well organized and had a variety of items for sale as well as display models of strollers and car seats. (Side note, she has it CLEARLY stated on their website to make an appointment for demo's so be smart or call in to see if they can accommodate you)

I went in thinking I knew all the ins and outs of the car seat I wanted but I was sorely mistaken. Gina went out of her way to show me all the features/bells & whistles of the car seat I wanted, and even demonstrated how to properly secure it with the seat belt. She was to the point and didn't waffle around and that I truly appreciated.

Albeit it was a SMIDGE more expensive compared to how much Bloomingdales or any other big box retailer would sell it for BUT with the level of service I personally received and knowledge Gina had about all the products she carried in her store, I was very happy to pay a little more and will definitely will be back!”

“First time in here & overall it's tidier than dollar store or Ross. Most things are $5 or less. I was happy with cute plush pillow, $1 bday cards, cheap snacks, fidget toys & Valentine's Day stuff right now. There's some books, cosmetics, lots of candy & toys and art supplies. Overall some good stuff not quite 5 stars because there was one only poor woman handling like everything. Shout out to her for staying polite & helpful throughout.”
