I called them to ask if the price I was given from Pleasanton Transmission was reasonable. He told me that it was actually surprisingly low, and I needed to be sure that everything was included. “Jad was super helpful, generous with his time, and wasn't about the money. Came here for a second opinion on a kind of mysterious issue. Jad said he can take a look real quick and see if he can figure out the issue before charging a diagnostic fee like most shops do straight away. He and another mechanic seemed to figure out the issue and then he gave some advice based on his experience about whether it's worth getting it fixed or not. He actually said it wasn't given all the info like how much I drive, cost of repairs, value of car, etc. All this for free. Definitely going back here if have anything that actually needs to get done. Highly recommended.”
