“Saturday July 18 my dad and I were traveling from Santa Rosa, CA to Phoenix, AZ and broke down in the area. All the places I called were either closed or couldn't get us in until Monday. We were towed to a Walmart and couldn't make it to the shop. Luis said he would be to us within 2 hours since we called him before noon. And he was. He had to rewire the battery terminals and some grounds that were shorting out. Took him 3-4 hours. He was a total life saver. We can't thank him enough. “I highly recommend SRI Auto Services in Livermore for their outstanding and honest service. When my drive belt broke, Sri went completely above and beyond by coming out in the evening to look at the vehicle and even offered to pick me up. He was incredibly thorough during his inspection, taking the time to identify the actual root cause of the failure rather than just looking at the broken belt. He discovered that a bolt had come loose from an alternator I had replaced at a different shop in Fremont. That loose bolt had been rubbing against the belt, which is what caused it to snap. While the car unfortunately wasn't drivable and required an expensive tow, Sri’s expertise, dedication, and amazing customer service turned a stressful situation into a manageable one.
