Workbench Main St is a local hardware store with a great selection of building materials, tools, and all sorts of random items for repairs and projects. The real reason to visit is the top-notch customer service. The knowledgeable and helpful employees provide really solid customer support. They talk through projects, answer questions, and offer efficient solutions without trying to upsell on unneeded items. This excellent service is appreciated by customers. However, some feedback notes that merchandise on the shelves can sometimes be dusty.

Trinidad was a super helpful employee. Helped me by cutting a new key for our home, great conversationalist. Prices were so cheap I tried to tip him for his assistance. Could not convince him to accept, very humble and I appreciate good service like his.
