Rude and not helpful. Wouldn't take my amazon returns due to the boxes, but the next ups store was helpful and took them. Looks like many others also find this place horrible.

8:40 am and its no open. Sign says 830am so what time do they open??? Not mindful of costumers waiting

Absolutely worst customer service. The front desk lady is not friendly at all. If you don’t have package taped, she will ask you to buy the tape separately and will not even help you print label.
