Compared to the older guy at the Santa Rita location and the lady at the Pimlico location, the difference in customer service is night and day. Those two really have some of the worst attitudes I’ve seen in Pleasanton.”

“Straightforward service that covers everything I need. The shop is often just staffed by one person, so you can get unlucky and have to wait at busier times of day, but the convenient location means it's not hard to visit at less busy times.”

If you don't like the prices for the merchandise there, well, go ahead and wrap with your own packages. This is not to valuate the values for the shipping itself or for the merchandise in the store. I am valuating the people there. They are always nice to me and all the other customers I saw in the store. This is not the store that deserves 1 or 2 stars. Be nice to people and be treated nicely in return please.”
“Went into the US Post Office in Pleasanton and it was honestly smoother than I expected.
Walked in, got helped pretty quickly, and the staff actually explained what I needed instead of just pointing me somewhere. Place gets a bad rep sometimes but this visit was solid. In and out without it turning into a whole thing.
It’s still a post office so yeah it can get busy at times, but if you go at the right hour it’s pretty straightforward. Just handled what I needed and left, no issues.”
“my husband and I have been to this store multiple times. Every time, the customer service has been superb. Much better than any other UPS store in Pleasanton. They even do passport photos and are super quick. Took only 7 minutes from asking the lady if they do the photos to walking out with my photos.”
